Domesticity

Not much to be said about this episode. Felt like filler although there were some important points. Couples being couply. Nice that consent was and waiting was depicted although there's a myriad of sexual and sensual activity between kissing and penetration, and wouldn't assume the latter was going to happen. We also got the 'not in love' reason for divorce after 30 years in order to be able to live life on one's own terms.

I guess there's a lot that happens to…

I guess there's a lot that happens to be happy about - resolution and reconciliation.Yuki continues to play with his hair, but he's probably not been asked to do much with the character. Li Gong had a rare moment emotional outburst. Ze Shou found his romantic side.Did it feel too easy? Hm, not really. Been a long time coming and Ze Shou was trying to convince himself with the 'brother' stuff. Taking it further will probably lead to complications. There's that camping trip to come which could go wrong, and the court cases, too. Will the parents think the reasons for turning blind dates down was a cover all along?

Took you long enough; How fast?

Milestone time.We see Yuki racing ahead in a 'don't know what this is yet' relationship and Ze Shou not cottoning on after 18 years.Ling Ling is great!

Cocktails, firsts and fighting

At first I thought the flying kick was a fantasy sequence, and then remembered Li Gong's arm twists from earlier. I don't think Ze Shou was offering to help in the shower just to be, well, helpful... Ignore the hints Li Gong.Beware cocktails that don't taste alcoholic. I think a laundromat that also does coffee could be a USP for it. Wonder if Yuki was trying to drop a hint to the two lawyers about THEIR relationship?

Four Stars

Wasn't THAT sure how Ze Shou felt about Li Shou (although the kiss in episode 2 said a LOT). Here, I'm convinced he feels more for him than a friend and some part of him just doesn't believe he's good enough for him. The birthday gift meant a lot and he was very pleased to hear his flatmate speak soon highly of him to a colleague. As for his kissing men and getting shoulder rubs...I was kinda wanting things to move on ( someone tell someone how you feel!) but the pace is good, and the court case sub-plot interesting. Ying Ze is adorable - considerate and flustered. Yuki does a bit more than look gorgeous but I can tell why he'd annoy some. Ze Shou's sister was probably about to say something about what she thinks the relationship between our leads is, but she gets interrupted...
