Would love to see him in a period drama! I have only seen him in period costume for The Princess and the Matchmaker

I originally heard that the ending was originally supposed to be happy, I even saw a video on Youtube showing Qi Bai Cao and Ruo Bai married, running their own Taekwondo studio and have a little daughter (looked like it had been filmed officially). I think scenes were filmed but then completely cut in Season 1. I didn't watch Season 2. I love Ji Chang Wook as Korean actor - so nothing against him. But for me, Qi Bai Cao and Ruo Bai were supposed to be endgame ... and when the other 2 SML were supposed to be chasing FL in Season 2, when it looked like they had a change of heart by the end of Season 1, made no sense to me!

as far as I see it, I am on episode 18 and Ji Rou Chen has a good heart (he is flawed, but not a bad or evil person) but he is a demon.... Yinfeng is a god, but he is evil and deserves to be treated like the emotionless monster he is

I feel Ji Rou Chen doesn't deserve to be so mistreated

but Yinfeng doesn't deserve to be a god. he doesn't deserve Gu Qing. he definitely doesn't deserve to be a mortal (especially a mortal born into a noble family, like he was in this 100th life)

if you want her in a costume drama I loved her in these two:
under the power
the sword and the brocade

For me, the show is worth it for the ML and FL and all their school friends. The acting is good, the story is good - my only problem is the mom. But she doesn't ruin my enjoyment of the show overall. I hope you will at least finish episode 1 before you decide to drop it

it's probably a cultural thing - but I am on episode 10 and the mom is just TOO MUCH
Angry because her daughter chose science - she should choose liberal arts because science is for boys?!? what??!!!
reading her diary? DJ is already working so hard in school, she probably needs an outlet every once in a while. nothing wrong with a diary to write down private thoughts. emphasis on the word PRIVATE
She shouldn't waste time building relationships with her classmates because they are a waste of time?!?
Ugh!!! I understand she wants the best for her daughter -- but going about it the. completely wrong way

sorry for the venting - but this mom is one of the worst ones I have seen in a CDrama.

Couple questions about the ending..???
1) Do QP and KM have kids? I didn't quite understand ... They mentioned two babies, but wasn't sure if they were theirs or not ....
2) Did they spend an entire year in Daxia? After 1 year, they are going to a trip to Europe? Is that what happened??

Never thought of that - but they are definitely extremely similar!

@asian_things I am a little confused too ... I don't think it was explained thoroughly and clearly. But they did this in the 15th episode, I guess they didn't want to spend more time than necessary on dialogue. They just wanted the suspense and action :P

Don't forgot - Xixi ended up being proven to be the clone, and An Yue was the real biological daughter. The father just couldn't accept that he had spent all those years raising a clone instead of his actual daughter.
