I was wondering where the scenes of them looking for different places and coming across a hut and water puddle came from.. it is exactly what happened in My Heroic Husband.. I then checked and realized both dramas have the same director.

I just convinced an Officemate to watch this drama just from narrating to him the massacre scenario and how it made me cry and how ZH plans his revenge..just from the narrationnyou can tell its a masterpiece and the quality of the production is top notch.. well directed and story well told.. Visuals 10000% ..I’m not a fan of revenge-themed plots but definitely in a few I’ve watched this is definitely on the run to be a masterpiece. Excellent job to all the actors and actresses especially Xiao Zhan. Beautiful expression of emotions.👍👍👍

I agree. I enjoyed his emotional scenes especially episode 6 and 9. I was mesmerized on how he could easily get emotional and the main point is how he reasonates those emotions to the viewers so well. So on-point that I felt his pain and happiness and his drunk self is a special favorite.

I’m glad I picked it up at the very end and it made my 16hrs flight to the U.S a delicious treat. I was smiling and being emotional throughout the journey. A rare gem. Superb acting and insane chemistry and very engaging. First time watching both actors and they’ve outdone themselves but kudos to Boom. It’s not easy to cry from start to finish with an excellent portrayal of emotions.👍👍👍

Definitely.. I’m settling for Hao Du first as he brought me to the world of LYN. I think Wei Shao comes in second.

Finally after Hao Du.. Wei Shao is almost settling for either first or second most favorite Liu Yuning character of mine. I love all his characters but Wei Shao has a sweet flavor to him.

A squad plus liu yuning former drama endings plus Song zu er last dramas ending is equal to lay low until all is over and only come out when you see then sun.

I didn’t read through comments to avoid spoilers.. just saw the first ten minutes of ep.1 and those generals felt so familiar like very familiar and I commented on it.. glad someone else saw it too
