This drama is it. The sweetheart honey chocolate sweetie worth watching drama of the year. Excellent performance from all actors; you love who need to be loved; hate who need to be hated; pity those who need to be pitied and get disgusted by those who are here to disgust our eyes. I am so sad that I have to watch this end. I really wished it didn’t end this soon. Good job HYT and ZZY and one good wrap up. At least 15 minutes before the drama ends. 1 min. wrap ups should expire this year after a good wrap up from Shen Li and now this. I really can’t get the words to appreciate this drama. I’m not sure of the last time I was so happy about a historical drama from A-Z.

NB: Also they should make a spin off drama of Hua Duo landing herself the title of Queen. A-jian ( Young Emperor) didn’t dive in the well for nothing😀.

When is this getting released? I ended in episode 30 of s1 waiting to binge watch the remaining 9 episodes all the way to s2 but why is the wait lasting a millenium😭😭😭

This drama deserves at least 8.8 rating. It is very good.

I can only say that this drama is soo good. Very good and beautifully executed. Indeed its worth the performance of two of my desired casting. I now don’t care about this suspicious rating. This drama is definitely very good. XK and YZ delivered it x100000.

Actually it is just a lame reason. Since I like the Yaojing couple definitely I wouldn’t be on his side but I hated it when he began making choices for his sister. Like who should she love and who she shouldn’t. Since he knew it would be equal to zero him getting her to love her as he wished and so he was better off her being in a one-sided love relationship with a guy she never loved. He was obsessed with hating Tushanjing as XiaoYao’s interest until be wished to kill him something that he never wished with the other love interests.
I loved his guts as a man in love and really wished for TushanJing to have similar guts.
Anyways even if I was a Yaojing fan but ZWY was definitely the star of the drama. His emotions were on point and I really enjoyed watching him a lot. I had never heard or watched any of his dramas and I was initially having questions on why him as the centered ML and not Deng Wei or TJC whom I initially thought would fit in but I admit I was wrong. The acting he delivered was tremendously beautiful and worth awards. I’m even shocked why he ain’t sweeping multiple awards out there.

He is tall and so the martial arts just come out naturally. You see every body movement and it is just so good. His fighting scene with deputy chief in first episodes was sooo good. I really as you crave him to play in a complete wuxia drama where romance ain’t the focus.

I second this. I commented in the BIA page that his martial arts just bring out some spiciness out of him. This is so far my best drama of HYT after ALSB and GGS.

What is wrong with that mother of Mai Cheng Huan. Meddling everywhere. Can’t someone just teach her a lesson of not meddling into her daughter’s affair. She really brings a sour taste into the drama.

It can never be a Xu Kai drama without He Feng Tian in it. I was thinking something was missing then suddenly Zou Nan comes into the picture and it feels so complete😂😂.

No he doesn’t. He appears in a very few episodes and very shortly. I too hate him. The kidnapping is in the last episodes.

This is my first time watching a chinese medical focused drama and it is absolutely beautiful. The storyline is engaging snd every episode gets better than the other. Let us not begin about the leads chemistry and acting. I can’t say more. This is the hidden gem of 2024 dramas.

Starry Love was my most favorite Xianxia of all times until Legend of Shen Li came along. How much I wish for Starry love to have broken the norms to the end and wrap it up with a full episode of Happy Memories like Shen Li. This drama has really set the bar way to high for the coming xianxia’s. I can’t stop complimenting it. Now I can happily recommend to my friend xianxia dramas without lots of words of justifying the end.

How dare them rate a drama from a single aspect? I too hate the mother but she can’t be the main reason for me to rate a drama low. Anyways those people are so mean as hell.

I am having serious withdrawal symptoms. I swear this drama is just everything and I can’t believe that my most favorite scenes are Fenglai softly caressing her cheek telling her she has eyes like her mom then pushes her out of the formation. It was so beautiful. You could tell the pain from both their eyes. He couldn’t look back at her and she couldn’t utter even the word father even if she had a lot to say. Damn I replayed the scene multiple times while bawling my eyes out. Then my second most favorite scene is Shen Li holding onto Xingzhi’s body for days after his death. Her emotions were spot on. You could see regret and pain in her heart. I’m never a fan of sad scenes but I’m shocked at how much I replayed these scenes. The last time I replayed a sad scene was in Goodbye my princess and My One and Only and it was only once.This is my first time watching a drama of Zhao liying and I now understand why she’s a versatile actress. Very very solid acting here I’ve seen in a while. Let me not even talk about Kenny Lin. The role was tailored for him; no one would effortlessly pull off his shameleness. Then Furong jun🥰. Boy was the best. After the usual xianxia ending in TLP and TTEOTM I really kissed Xian xia’s goodbye . I watched TLOS because I also wanted to see the magic of this famous PA couple since I hadn’t watched it and folks let me declare that unless otherwise THIS IS THE BEST DRAMA this year🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳.
Now I want to seat back and relax to await Joy of life 2 and lost you forever 2. But please writer and director give Xu Hai Qiao and Xuan Lu a drama don’t waste away the chemistry.

The martial arts of Hu yitian in this drama are so gooood. They just bring out spicy hotness out of him. I’m really really enjoying this more than I thought I would.
