Try to scape from a place fully guarded 24/7 where u are the most important person to take care of at that moment (since he/she was hurt and considered on possible danger). Even if u could and not thinking about the def punishment of the queen mother, the chances of having a lake close to the palace where almost 0 (since they already had 3 inside so they wouldn't another water force) and farther he/she would only find villages where I doubt there would be lakes since they where living in such poor conditions clearly without bathing for days. So, find me a solution, please.

I just LOVE how in asia they like to treat like the adoptive parents is not a real parent and the siblings are not really siblings. Taking Go Ahead as an example, they always seem to bring up the fact that the dads are not the real dads of the three siblings.
