tbh i skipped the last few episodes of the previous season and was weirded out to find out that Xu Yuan and Huang Yan Yan is in a relationship in this season...like what??? I don't think that they were that close in the previous season? Unless you tell me that it happened during the last few episodes or something. But compared to the previous season, the cast for Huang Yan Yan looks much younger than Xu Yuan and I just couldn't see them together. Plus, I feel that Elvira seems more suiting for the role and she looks more badass, Aliyah in this case looks more like a kid.

If you want you can watch the previous seasons though. If i didn't remember wrongly each season is basically the crew exploring different tombs to find the uncle.
