Uhm no, Jong Woo didn't get a DID suddenly, he just really went crazy because of Moon Jo's manipulation, that's why the title is "gaslighting".

Im so confused by the last episode the deaths of the hotel staff was satisfying im quite happy about that however…
The title of the episode says it all~ Moon Jo "gaslighted" Jong Woo that's why he started killing them all, and because Jong Woo was mentally unstable in the first place and it kinda continued so manipulating him was easy for Moon Jo~ That can happen in real life btw!

did moon jo plant in his mind he did all these things? because he has this fight....and people are DYING but he's…
in the webtoon, he really did killed all of the people inside the studio (except his gf, thug, and police girl) he became crazy, basically the dentist was right since the beginning when he said "you and i are similar". so the ending kinda stayed true to the webtoon.

so i think that the ending can be interpreted many ways. overall i liked the drama and didn't mind the plot points…
this is what i've been saying! esp. the bg music sounds like from the movie 'us', its really creepy lol! (and the transitions were like a bit similar to some of edgar wright's movies~)
