I waited so long for this drama to come out, but am having a hard time watching it. So many of the characters are unlikable in my opinion. Right now I am solely watching it for Xiao Zhan.

Oh thank heavens there is someone else who feels the same!! The FL annoyed me so much I wanted to quit watching it so many times!! I stuck with it only for Xiao Zhan and that was about it. Her main friend was just selfish and honestly not likable at all.

I agree that the father in my opinion was horrible! Peat had every right to be angry. I understand how he could be angry with the entire world after his mom died, I was the same way when my mom died when I was just a teenager. In his position his entire world left when his mom died and his asshole father didn't care. Although his marriage to Peat's mom was not based on love, Peat was still his son. I am in no way saying that Peat's behavior is right, I'm just saying I understand it. I would have reacted the same way he did to this new woman that his father doted on and on this new "sister" that I am now supposed to treat like family.... ok maybe not the exact same way, but I would have hated them just like he did. He knew that his father didn't love his mom and he felt that this woman was the reason his mom hurt so much all the time.
