hahahaha people really need medicine, it's a romance drama not a documentary, the way they ask profesional expert for guidance already show they are seriously try to make a good drama but again there's a gap between aesthetic and reality in field, hope people will show more mercy and enjoy the drama as a drama only ❤️

She tried some minor role as villain in 'The advisor Alliance', she also played a mellowdrama, she played a very different role with her personality but the movie which will never see the light because they lack Investment. She also want to try different role but the situation and the reality never help her. That is she attend the class of a senior actor 'HuangBo' and got advice to master the character she good at the most before try other Chara because the audience hasn't remember her yet, if she can get acknowlegement with that it's also one of the proof she succeed as an actress. Her goals as actress is actually very simple yet hard to achieve in real life, she want to make the audience will believe that all the characters she play is believeable and really live in real life. That is to say, it's she is not a typcast to me, she just have a different road and goals to emother actress, that's what make her special to me.

No, i am not saying it's about you. Maybe you don't know but the hating for her voice is really getting unreal in internasional, ofc we're open for criticism, esther is also very open for criticism, but there's difference between constructive criticism and just hating on the actress. Constructive criticism is made with a suggestion on the actress so that she can reflect on it and be better on next performance, but a hating is just mocking and insulting word without giving a good suggestion on how to make it better next time. And what i see the most here are hating, they are mocking her voice and said it was chipmunk voice etc, and it's sad to see it.

Esther is advance in all of those popularity, fandom power size, market value, and seniority so Esther is the right one to be the top billing 🙏

It's not like we prefend people to having opinion, I knew that some of us had different ear sensitivity & character preference, but we should know the word "respect", the difference between give constructive criticism and jumping into a hate bandwagon/throw hate on someone.

To me it's very unfair to attacking YSX high-pitch & shrill voice cos she is just born with it, it was a given by God, she can't ask God/choose what kind of voice she want to had! It's the same thing like hating someone because they born with tanned skin colour or slanting eyes, we can't choose what we want to be when we were born right?!

Despite that YSX never think her voice is her weakness, she is just doing her best by learning and doing what she can do the best within her voice range in dubbing herself!

As her fans i'm just really sad to see people downgrading her hardwork just because her voice when she work hard doing what she done!


In the end, i want to say to y'all please know & respect tht irl, we have different characters, pitch of voice & mannerism. No, her dad never invest in her drama, they never done that in the past and will never gonna do it in the future. Her parents actually want her to quit the ahowbiz if she couldn't be successful by the age of 26 to inherit their family bussiness. It's always a very tricky for a drama with a profesional job like this to be made, in one point they'll be fresh because they touch an unusual field that people rarely knew, but the other point is it will be easy to get mock/critics because the difference with the reality.

But as a person who's also kind of working in this field too, i think i'm very happy to see a drama that will talk about my field like this, i think as an audience we should knew that there's always be a room of difference between a drama and reality, because a drama is made is also had to considered aesthetic point too. Maybe we had different opinion, to me Yu Shuxin acting is natural, smart and very fit as Chuli, a fresh graduate who is still naive, a little unexperienced but she is a quirky, straightforwad, she had a big dream and persistently working hard to achieve her dream. For the last part i agree that Yu Shuxin is improved more in CangLanJue, i really suprised she manage to play 4 role in it and she nailed every character!
