Not perfect but everything I needed
I watched season 1 in 2023 and it just stuck with me, I really fell in love with the characters, Suho and Sieun really felt real to me, and I've been waiting for a long time for season 2. I don't think everything was perfect, but it was everything I needed. Every episode made me feel real emotions, and I cried a lot of times.
I just finished the last episode and I sobbed so much from the moment Sieun picked up his phone in the end, since I had actually thought that they were just going keep Suho in a coma, so that the ending would still be left open for a third season but I was really pleasantly surprised, their mini conversation just ripped my heart out. After two whole seasons of rage, sadness, depression and anger I really needed to see Sieun feeling happy and loved.
Jihoon really is a great actor, I don't think anyone would have portrayed Sieun's character better. Since Sieun is supposed to be a quiet depressed person, they really needed someone that could portray their emotions without a lot of talking and they nailed it. Jihoon's eyes really show everything he is feeling and I will watch every single drama he will do in the future.
Maybe I will think more critically of the season in the future, but right now, to me, I couldn't have asked for better.
