Title Running Man
I think what running man lacks most are the funny openings. They used to be so iconic. Really don't know why they…
Running man also has a special older idols vs younger idols episode (considering the guests the episode is pretty old. Younger idols were for example taemin and Amber so 2nd gen hahah) so it would be so cool if we could have a nostalgia episode or sth with inviting 2nd gen and younger 3rd gen idols

It's slice of life and the characters are somehow connected with their own struggles means we won't have one couple and almost everything will revolve around them! The characters will have their own stories and I bet it will feel like a crossover episode when one character who has nothing to do with another character meets them or someone else refers to them. Like in taxi driver when the victims met briefly or euphoria. They are kinda connected through one or two characters but not really friends or interact. I'm actually also working on such a story since this is how life actually works. I'm looking forward to it but if I'm disappointed I won't ever trust those actors. I'm really wondering how the script looked like that all of the main characters are a-list celebrities hahah

Hee Do is like 19 at this time right? Or did she turn 20 yet? I know in SK their last year is when they are 19…
So in korean age she would be 19 since she is in 12th grade. Next year when she graduates she's 20 so officially an adult. In international age it would be 18 in 12th grade and 19 after her graduation. So now she's 19 (korean age)

I miss yonghwa so much. He even posted kjk name tag on Instagram a few years ago with the caption 'when can I come running man'. He is not only athletic but it's literally so much fun watching him. I binged all of his episodes. He was the best thing in those running man vs idol episodes! They also refereed to him as running mans child so idk why they stopped. Running man is that kind of thing ppl are used to. Like it belongs to the Korean every day life but if sth drastically happens like kwangsoo leaving then it becomes viral bc you assumed he would stay thus didn't think much about it. Like there was NO possibility of you thinking they would leave bc its sth normal for you. Sth you secretly assume will not change. The ratings for the show are not high tho. They had high ratings until like 2015 (the prime of running man) but now they hardly reach 7%. Its mostly between 5-6%. I don't see many ppl talking about it on twitter. I'm not korean so idk if they are like international fans. But ik that everyone knows that variety show and its members and watches it, maybe not every Sunday but often. They should invite 2nd gen idols again tho. Bc 2nd gen idols are really popular in korea. It's mostly bc they are their childhood and remind them of good old days. Even in the drama work later drink now they referred to the year 2010 the year of idol groups and that everyone knew the songs and dances. They could make a nostalgia episode hahah like they will with the next episode. The reunion after 11 years. Anyway my point is maybe inviting old guests with at least old or sportive games would make running man better and even high ratings again

She just wanted to hear one thing one small thing and after 2 long days of hate, sadness, depression, pressure and feeling like the whole nation you won a gold medal for is against you, the ahjussies drinking soju know how to comfort her. And they actually mean it. The coach is an a*shole. How can't you say congrats sincerely AND chear on your other athlete DURING the match and then comforting her after she lost. The comparison of na heedo and ko y*rim is great throughout the episode. She has been comforted since the second she lost. From her fans, the whole nation and especially the coach. After that she had her lover and her loving parents. Na heedo had nobody she could lean on. She just wandered around and tried not to be seen as if she committed a crime. She even felt betrayed by her own flesh and blood, her mum. My hearts hurts for you na heedo. At the end of the day it was baek yijin and ofc our ahjussies carrying the day and your happiness! Thanks to the referee too. Like imagine you are a referee for years and some random ppl who started watching fence for the first time say youre wrong? He probably also felt insulted. THANKS FOR CLEARING THE SITUATION

I give up on the false hope that Runningman will ever going back to the way it started as, now its a "Mafia/quiz…
I think what running man lacks most are the funny openings. They used to be so iconic. Really don't know why they don't make them so fun anymore. And ofc communication with fans. Due to the covid 19 restrictions the 2nd one is harder to do so I hope it will be possible again. The outer door games were also very funny. Be it winter or summer they always did outer door games but this could lead to fans watching thus massive crowds forming. We also need to consider that the members are not really young anymore. The youngest used to be in his 20s when the show started now they are in their 30s. I LOVE watching old episodes and Im sad that they don't make them like before but unfortunately nothing stays the same. Not even the 'Running Man kids' like yonghwa or minho have been invited in a long time. I just watch running man when one of my fave actors guest these days. And let's be real I need a running man vs idols episode. I'm not even a kpop fan but they are so fun to watch. Idk what episode it was , pretty recently, but the episode with penthouses jin ji hee (jenny) and ateez' san reminded me of old episodes so sometimes they still do it

Thanks for explaining! I'm more into kdramas and just watched a few Thai dramas so it was confusing for me when I was stalking the actors on mdl and saw that literally all 5 of them are under gmmtv :)

Thanks a lot for explaining! I got it with the adoption. This was explained a few episodes ago thus also the meal with his mum. Could you tell me when it was explained that he was abandoned by his biological parents. I remember there were a lot of scenes in which his little me was crying on the streets but I really did not catch that he was abandoned. I thought he was just lost. I think I might have not notice sth big in the drama when I can't even catch sth important

Honestly, I've tried watching Chicago Typewriter twice and for some reason, I couldn't get past episode 3 each…
Watch it! It's really good and that comes from someone who drops 2 out of 3 dramas she starts watching. The story telling, the romance, the past and the present, the characters, directing and ost are really top notch. I personally also dropped snowdrop for some various reasons. Chicago typewriter doesn't make the mistake to have unnecessary long episodes and not so many loops like snowdrop imo. Just give it another try and the story is also worth it!

Really wondering how pulls off to have time for her family, make those titoks (they are really high quality too😭😭), film her dramas and go hiking in the morning (I'm not lying when I tell you she's at the top of the mountain at 7am, she always puts it in her story)
