I didn't look at any info about this drama when I watch this and I thought su tang is the FL they actually have more chemistry, I can't get to like the FL her role is little bit annoying but at the end I liked her. I think its more on strong friendships specially between xifan and lu ping. altho I always feel like something is missing It's not really bad watch it if you dont like much romance or you're bored
