I don't have any problem with them being the main leads in another manhwa. Even if they weren't, the story will still revolve around them.
Am I the only one who thought it was obvious from the beginning that everything was going to revolve around Dan Oh and Haru? :-|
I don't think the drama would've been fun and interesting as it is now if it was just about extras questioning their existence and becoming aware.
This drama doesn't have a very deep and serious storyline (didn't expect it to anyways) but that doesn't mean it's bad!

Agreed with everything you just said about acting, cgi, Angelababy, the second half and about Yet Hua! I have watched many historical cdramas but dropped in between but this one had me hooked. Although it was dragged so long in between.
I find cdramas absurd and unrealistic most of the times but I have accepted it and learned to enjoy cdramas for what it is. But I find most of the FL in Chinese drama are cheerful and headstrong and plain stupid. There was no such thing in this cdrama.

Lol why not. They're old enough to be comfortable doing many kiss scenes. If they were actually 17 year olds I wouldn't expect more than a kiss or two.
