The point here is if you don't like historical/comical/romantic genre then why are you watching? You can drop if you feel it's not up to historical/comical/romantic genre standards but don't trash it cause it's not your type of series. Somebody may like them. Some dramas grow on you after 10 episodes give it a chance only if you like the genre/type of drama. ♥

I love this drama. Especially after watching a stuffy cowtowing drama. I still laugh at the maid quarter segment where she flips the dowager mother onto the bed and didn't get in trouble. (Mother enjoyed the excitement.) hahahaha. ♥

The ending is great. The lead up is important lots of reveals. Don't give up.♥

For some reason this didn't end up on my watched list. I am re-watching this drama and enjoying every minute of it. This series has so many twists, plots and shockers entwined in a love story. It all works out in the end. Enjoy the ride. ♥

As soon as he gets famous? The past rears it's ugly head. I don't understand why women feel so bitter to choices they make. A lesson when making choices to ask yourself "Will I have regrets?" She is focusing on what could have been but never happened. A woman scorned in her mind. So she takes down everyone around her including herself. My heart goes out to both of them and hope that healing can take place. Bitter is a bitter does. Love and Peace♥

After watching all this palace intrigue a good one to watch is Oh My Emperor. It gives a nice change and comedy to all the heavy palace machinations. I still chuckle over some of the scenes. L&P ♥

What? lol no fluttery eye lashes and perfect appearance even when disaster strikes. << FL is known for this. I agree swinging head ornaments are the most distracting. hahaha make sure you don't put someones eyes out with them. Bonk. ♥

I have noticed this quite a bit with translations. He/she. I just switch it in my head to person (which probably the way it's written with no gender so they automatically say he.) Also she was impersonating a man all the time before she was captured and held prisoner. Confusing I know. ♥

What an adorable couple FL and ML. This drama is funny, cute, romantic, and dramatic. The plot is good and the story flows well in the series. I like the spin with the senses part. I think this deserves a higher rating and way better than other dramas this year.

Totally agree second couple is skippable. (that's what I've done.)

I think what some have a problem with is the beginning is sorta the ending( first 2 episodes). In between it shows how they got to that point growing up. Then it goes back to the ending. Some of the characters have different titles during the course of their lives. The best episode is the one in the ice cave Ep 5-6 which explains Wei Wu Xian's heritage and how he came to be with the clan he is with. Re watch that one to understand who Wei Wu Xian is. Difficult I know when you don't know the language and have to rely on translations. It is a good story and I have re watched this numerous times and enjoyed it.♥

Re watching this series. Just want to say that really this is one of the better productions for Wuxia for a long time. Never get tired of this. ♥

I'm thinking the delay in releasing any of his new dramas is because he is so popular and there has been controversy and fan wars on social media. He is a very influential actor/singer. Keep your heads down so they will think his influence has waned and maybe they will release some of his work. Just saying. Love and Peace.♥

This is about production and story. The actors are doing their best with the direction they are given. Sorry guys I feel this had so much potential but has fallen flat for me. Non nonsensical plot. Even the funny parts weren't pulled off as well as they could have been. Nothing new lots of tropes. Same old, same old. Needs a new breath of air to make it interesting. Hopefully it will get better.♥

Procurator has the meaning of managing another's affairs. I think they are trying to make it a gentler meaning by not using prosecutor. You are right it should be prosecutor. Twist in words for sure. ♥
