Qi Meng Lin << is so pushy and annoying. I just want to slap him and tell him to go away. Why does she put up with him? He is a little kid vying for attention. His ego is bigger than his head. He is a legend in his own mind. Just some venting from all the episodes so far. Peace♥

You forgot dependent. He is dependent on his parents. He could grow a pair and walk away. He puts up with their nonsense and by default is just as bad as they are because he does nothing. Turning a blind eye to their corruption and misguided deeds.

This drama was made before the censorship came out so it was not an issue at the time like it is now. Older drama shot quite a few years ago. The actors are all so young. ♥

Of course it's the script. I don't blame the actors ever. Director and script are the main villain's in this one. Someone owed someone a favor so it got produced.

I'm just not getting the floppy teenager act in this one. Too not historical. A magistrate really? Looks like he can't think his way out of a wet paper bag. I just want to say Bambi's studio gets her these ridiculous projects. She is way better an actress and deserves better scripts/projects. On hold until final episode then I watch the end and if there is no character growth it's a drop. Peace♥

I think she did. Sad to say she is desperate to win. Not only to prevent him being given the bug but for her own selfish reasons. So the demonizing of Chong Zhao will break out hearts. ♥

Ep 13 Script writer person. The lead up to the banquet could have been done so much better. You told us what was going to happen instead of us finding out. No intrigue or build up just tell us all what's going to happen. They think we are babies. Too much toying and speeches. I guess it's just me, I'm a straightforward kind of person. My rating just went down. Peace♥

Well I guess if it was a gardening show it would be pretty disappointing. Camellias were cultivated in the gardens of China for centuries before they were seen in Europe. They are in the fossil record back along time ago. Peace♥

Yah what guy helps a lady out financially and with a place to stay who doesn't care? He likes her but I'm thinking he doesn't want her involved in his business/deception. As noted with the shooting of the penny. He is more than he seems. She is breaking down his barriers one by one. He will get her to help once he figures her out.
