Im still trying to figure out if i like this series. I see 0 chemistry from the MC. Idk if its because i watched 180* and even though the show was confusing as hell i feel like Pond GAVE what he was supposed to give. Like i would have thought he really loved that man. But here with Earth i don't see it and i also am not impressed with Earths acting here. It feels so forced. Weve seen him act his butt off and i feel like hes not really giving his all. Hes relying too much on his face being soft and cute! Idk maybe its just me. But i just don't see it. Im watching ep 4 now so we'll see how the other CPs do but so far...it hard for me to get into it!

If her videos ruin the shows for you, maybe it isnt her thats the problem. She does make some pretty valid points most times. This show wasnt perfect by any means. I watched her first video regarding her thoughts on the first 17 episodes. I could see her points but i still enjoyed the show because the things she found fault with didnt bother me. The things she didnt even talk about did tho. The fact that cdramas always make the women seem like psychopaths all on the name of a man is soooo annoying! The women are always the true masterminds behind every scheme, they are the strategists behind everything the men say and do...and yet they are also soooo stupidly in love they end up getting everyone around them killed for 1 man! Like if anyone can explain to me why the step mom was so illbent on killing off everyone and it make sense...id love to hear it cause in most cases its for something useful like the crown...but this wench was just doing it because she could. And to say she did it all for her daighter....whaaaat? Her daughter was marrying a dude who wasnt even a part of court..made no sense! But i still watched every bit. Ans what tf happened to the second sister....wheres the third sister...they just disappeared. Unless i missed something somewhere. Oh the ending...dont even get me started on that rushed crap. All that planning and plotting and the entire rebellion was like 5 mins long and i couldnt even tell you what the plan was. Like it was chaos! He let her shoot him twice with that arrow ...like seriously! It was a good show...but only because i let logic fly away with the carrier pigeons!

Felt like they were rushing to end the show because of the casting drama (the "hes not attractive enough" bs). They killed off the ML because of it and also didnt show him much in the final episodes. Its like they were rushing and also trying to work with the stuff they already had filmed. It was weird.

I thought the same thing because she never met the entire delegation! It was weird! If anyone should have had that moment it should have been Ying'er. Also why didnt they give us a final scene with Ying'er. She was with us the entire journey and yet they left us with a just a final monologue and expected us to be content with that but gave us the weird dream sequence from a character who only ever had a brief connection with 1 member of the delegation. The ending wasnt great but the show was amazing!

Everyone died! The entire delegation died. The boy at the end was put there to placate the ones who cant handle tragic endings but we all know they are gone. How many times did Ruayi say Ren Xin was dead and after she married her name would have changed so that alone should tell you that Chu Yue was not in her right mind when she spoke to that boy.
Welp...youtube officially ruined my night by spoiling the next episodes...and i am not ready. Like idk if i can even continue after seeing that screenshot of Luan Lu. Like we all knew he didnt have long to live because of his illness but oh my gosh. I watched the little bit of the clip and the way his character....ugh im already crying! Im hoping that Ying will go through one mote trial that makes her realize that both her brothers are not worthy of their titles and she becomes empress. I can see her on the throne helping the country prosper because she still has empathy, passion, and heart where her brothers only do it for selfish gain. I saw a clip where she passionately removes her top knot in front of someone. Maybe that will be the moment she decides only she can fix the problems the men in her family have created!
Just finished ep 24. This wuxia has quickly become one if not my fav wuxia! It was Princess Agents for a very long time but they angered me when they left a cliff hanger and has never given us yhe srcond season! But this one here....its just soooo dang good! The characters are complex and are showing wonderful growth. And even though there are so many they dont become muddled and all have a clear story. The pacing of the show is also very nice. I dont feel like fast forwarding like i usually do watching chinese costume dramas. The chemistry between the main leads is soooo good too! I love how they show the diff power levels between the characters and the fact that they didnt make the women inferior in strength to the men below them! I also love the gender equailty that is being portrayed in the plot and scripting! Even the more annoying characters (Prince Li) has shown character growth and is growing on me! Im really loving this series so far. The only thing that worries me is there are too many characters that i love and usually when that happens a couple of them dont make it to the end. I cant see Quan, Lian Lu, Shisan, or Sang pass away...after seeing how they care so much for their brothers in arms i cant bare to see anyone of them go so i hope they all make it! I saw a clip of Shisan with his sight gone on youtube that had me worried for future episodes!

It was and is still a very well loved drama by millions of people..making your opinion highly irrelevant sooooo...jokes on you! The point i was trying to make that went so far over your head its lost in space is that you are hyperfocusing so much on grape that you are missing the entire part where she unalives people for a living....so are you saying that her unaliving people is ok as long as she doesnt try to grape people? Shes literally an assassin....but your issue is that she was going to grape someone...SHES AN ASSASSIN! Like maybe you shouldnt be watching this. The fact that you can overlook the part where her purpose in life is unaliving but grape is where you draw that line just shows that grape is a trigger for you and this show isnt for you! No one is condoning grape. Its just a show with a very violence driven plot. If we let every real world horror bother us we wouldn't be able to watch any wuxia ever again
Im so glad they dont drop all the episodes at once...id be up for days binge watching! This series is soooo good so far and were only 10/40 episodes in! I hope this pace continues. I also hope none of the delegates pass away. I don't think ill be able to handle that lol
