Inspector M is hotness personified!!! I'd like to tell you that I liked the show but inspector M would distract me too much to care about anything else. Main actors were cute, but this guy was a cut above the rest. I'm somewhat kidding, the truth is that most of the acting was bad, I think that the actors were trying to portray what the script told them to but they were acting too much with their faces. I was expecting something along the lines of CSI or NCIS given that the show is about an ME, but there wasn't much forensics involved.

Also I skipped through the nasty parts because I don't like those things happening and thankfully in fiction you can ignore and skip through it.

And by all means, yes, hopefully there will be a season 2, if there isn't one already, this time Inspector M and Oat.

Netflix has predictable plots, some of them don't even make sense. My husband guessed who's the perpetrator only from me telling him about the show. I also feel like the name of the show didn't live up to the plot.

My sister told me that the main actors are in a relationship IRL and with that (what seemed like a) huge gap of no screen time together I was wondering how did they manage to get together for real. They look like a nice couple and the drama was so-so to me but I watched untill the end nonetheless. What I did really like is a couple that understands each other and the plot isn't based on them misunderstanding one another and getting jealous and/or spiteful because of the way that their relationship progressed or some nonsense gossip. I wish people would keep up with the trend of non toxic relationships in dramas.

I know that they purposely made The Untamed not a BL and I know people are upset because they know what it should've been. I was just making a point that all BL's could be so high in production if they were to be given proper resources. Even though people are displeased over the lack of their true connection because of censorship it's still an excellent drama that has a pretty high rating.

Porn is too crude, we girls like the romance, that's why BL's are as important as straight dramas. It's just that production companies manage to get a bunch of viewers even if it is shitty acting and ridiculous plot's. Straight dramas are given refined script's and the actors are chosen carefully whereas a BL get's the leftovers. Look at "The Untamed", it's a BL originally but the Chinese made it into an amazing bromance with high quality production and costumes because the focus wasn't on the guys seducing each other. And I'm well aware that the Chinese don't make BL's (as far as I'm aware) and that's why it was done but it just goes to show what BL's could be. The way that BL's are now is because even though there are some negative comments and reviews the masses are satisfied so they don't care about changing anything. P.S. Linus's acting really stood out so even if some fans think that a great disservice has been done towards the actor's, those who are really good will still stand out, even in a shitty BL.

I skipped through episode 13 and half of episode 14 I couldn't handle anything bad happening to the main character. Good show overall

Plenty of people complain about lack of skin shown but you are correct that people care about the plot I would just say that they care about the actors just as much, or rather the way actors are dressed, or undressed, who's hot, who's not. And, if people cared about the plot that much the production company would strive to please the people with quality plot yet people are pleased with good looks so who cares about the rest

Let's be honest people, most of us are here for the skins, I just got into BL'sanx whether it's Tai Or Thai drama they're all full of plot holes because the focus is on hot men. I, myself, actually preferred this History compared to some other Histories and all of your negative comments are off-putting and deterring people from watching it even though it's not half bad. My only issue with all these Histories is that all main actors don't have anything remotely close to this, either they're not working on dramas at all or it's not a BL. I want to see some of them more, even dressed but there's nothing, it's as if they only make one BL in their entire career

Dang, Jack was the GOAT, his character was so interesting and I liked his playfulness, too bad he doesn't have anymore BL's. I wish he was the main main story

What's wrong with History5?

Okay, so now I sort of understand why the FL was so stiff during kissing scenes but I still want to say that FL's best friend and the foreign language guy were extremely annoying.

I was about to write a comment about that, because the ML was all in but it looked forced upon her given the length of those kissing scenes.

What do you mean by kissing scenes were based in a novel plot?

And how did this show get such a good rating when people in the comments basically hate it?

How come all four main actors basically don't have previous works? I wanted to see some of them some more but there's nothing that's like LITA

I agree with the ladder comments. Also watched until ep9, couldn't go further. They were going for sensationalism and the script seemed forced. Got tired of it real quick
