The definition of a disability is a physical or mental condition that limits a person's movements, senses, or activities...if you are DEAF you have a physical condition that limits your SENSE of hearing. I too am a hearing Person who learns about deaf culture. I am even an ASL Student. None of the deaf people i encountered found it offensive since by definition Dictionary and ADA it IS a disability which this Youtuber (who is Deaf) explains her views
