honestly rather than tsumugi, i feel like minato was the one looking to replace sou. i feel like to him tsumugi was the closest thing he could have to having sou in his life again.
the only things i wish was that: • the last few episodes were spread across more, having us follow these characters so closely for a couple years and then speed running some of the most important for their relationships in the span of like two episodes kinda threw the pacing off for me and felt kind of rushed • that they didn't have the secondary timeline, i genuinely cannot think of a good reason it was there?? it added nothing to the story and if anything only took away. i feel like yijin and heedo's story of love and loss would have been so much more impactful than it already was if we didn't know 100% it was coming. like if we genuinely belived they'd have a good ending but broke up in the painfully realistic way they did,,, that would have hit so hard • we got to see yurim and jiwoong'a marriage :( (this is purely subjective i just really loved them and was sad i couldn't see them get married and see how they were in the future)
