I am like so pissed and angry of all those adaptions that they are making of BL/LGBTQ content knowing clearly…
It’s the censorship unfortunately :( there isn’t much we can do as viewers either, The Untamed is a fantastic BL but was censored in China within its release and ohhh boy, we’re lucky we got some of the scenes we got, really have to commend the directors and writers, especially for releasing a special edition <3
still salty this show ended terribly, the beginning was fantastic and then halfway through I think everyone went ... wTf ... I love Joo Ji Hoon but oof, this drama was the worst he’s been in, could’ve been so good ...
Great news for all the folks who want s2, just got announced! I’m so surprised! Normally it’s months before Netflix whips out those official statements, ratings were pretty high in the U.S. though, so I had no doubt there wasn’t gonna be a second season, expect it in 2021-2022 I’m sure it’ll be worth the long wait :(
Edit: apologies if I confused some folks lol, Lee Do Hyun posted on his ig of Sweet Home script with a “2” on it, which tells me and everybody there’s gonna be a second season, also ratings were hella high in the U.S. two weeks after its release, it will be renewed!
This drama feels ... different, but I’m not sure if it’s in a good or bad way, I think it’s because of the documentary-style format which I’m not used to, after Ji Chang-wook’s drama choices this year, god I hope this one’s a winner, I’ll watch it till the very end!
The ending was amazing thank god they didn't leave us a with an open ending.
Oof. I hateeee open endings with a burning passion, I think that’s why so many dramas have been disappointing to me this year, the endings were open :(
I wouldn’t watch this for romance but it has a great plot
Girl, if you’re looking for 0 romance this is the drama for you, lol, it’s one rollar coaster ride full of thrills and villains you wanna punch to mars lol
