Title True Beauty
First episode I thought was pretty solid! We got a hint at some newer characters and some foreshadowing of others, the ML & FL and pretty great so far, kind of cliché with the boy is rude and doesn’t like the girl trope, it’s growing on me, but I do get Gangnam Beauty gives from this story, I’d say the one thing I don’t like so far, and I guess this goes for the webtoon plot as well, how the story is pretty much “wear makeup to be pretty,” when the message should be “you’re beautiful on the inside and out,” I hope we get that in this drama, I already feel slightly insecure watching every damn kdrama lead look like they fell from Heaven lmao, as long as the characters get closure and the plot doesn’t fall through, I’m all for this drama! Then again, I said that about the highly anticipated kdramas of 2020, and most of them ended up being disappointing, dear lord, DEAR LORD, PLEASEEEE don’t let this one be the same
