Pacing was great i just wished they continued further to show their marriage life since they both started with mental issue it would be nice to see that they have moved on from their inner demon and could lead a normal marriage life like any other couple.
I'm a big fan of xu kai however i'm not convinced with their chemistry. Also, i'm not quite sure if its xu kai's baby face he can't seem to pull off this role. I can tell he works hard but he doesn't seem to have enough finesse to pull off an older, respectable and serious role. I think he might not have enough experience to portray roles that have limited facial expressions to work with since most of his past works were played on his big character and facial expressions. However i will continue to watch because I love him :)
The fox wanna be a human to enjoy human life and experience right. But the repetition has caused him to be indifferent to many things since he has lived that long. So what is the point of chasing the idea of being a human being when the years has not shortchanged him of that experience? He is living in a human form all these years more than the capacity of a human life span
I watched to follow the story of the tutor, she seemed mysterious and interesting enough at first. 2 eps in i assumed she's the sister of the "dead mother" and returned for some sort of revenge but no, the tutor turned out to be the real mother.......... She turned out to be this emotional bij who slapped the bully's mother and justified her action as a natural instinct of a real mom......... lolol. Why didnt the husband marry the tutor instead? He married an actress whom the granny doesnt approve either. Invited the tutor and fooled around with her behind her wife's back. what's the point of a story just to make it seem interesting when it isn't. So the husband chose to keep both women to takecare of the son to make the son "flawless" as he mentioned. SERIOUSLY??? I cant roll my eyes any harder i might have a stroke.
Don't remember the last time i laughed this hard. I think the FL could be better casted but thankfully the chemistry between the leads is there. The ML is brilliant. His acting and facial expressions are on point. I repeated a few scenes, the ML definitely gave alot of thoughts on his delivery hence making it look very natural. I've seen this ML in many supporting role in the past and i'm glad he landed a proper ML and nailed it.
The storyline is wacky, fun and simple and it takes me back to the 2000s era of korean drama.
I'm not sure why the ratings are this low. Any idea how this show is fared in korea itself???
Easy fluffy romance though there are some glaring scenes that didn't make sense. They made his fear of water that extreme so how was he ok taking a bath in the tub? He needed her help to get him off the tub but after lusi fell in suddenly he didn't need her help?? And how did listening to music help with his fear of water? How did he manage to carry her not once but twice while being wheelchair bound and getting into a physical fight after? I think they try to force in as many romantic scenes as possible but it feels a little forced but that said, can't say i don't enjoy those scenes to enjoy their chemistry. Also their advertisement with coke and another drink is abit too much . Regardless, 6 eps in and i do enjoy this easy watch :) oh yes and why did she decide to meet Du manager after what he did to her? And even if she needed so sort of closure why did she say its ok to him when he apologised and gave him the reassurance that his action was accidental and not intended?? That sent a wrong message to younger audience.
Been waiting for bambi to be the FL in a fantasy drama. The pace is quick and because of that i think there isn't much build up nor depth. I'm on ep 5 and I don't see much chemistry between the actors so far and i'm on the brink of giving it up. I've seen Dylan's work but I think he's struggling with the role in this drama. The visuals are great for the budget. The romance feels like dumb and dumber. It's lacking for me overall. If you're looking for screen time focused on the ML and FL this is for you.
