I think this is gonna be another favourite lakorn of mine… because it has village setting like “To Me, It’s Simply You” & “”My Romance From Far Away”. And Namfah is also one of the cast members! Can’t wait!! 😆
Gotta say Love and Deception is surely better. The chemistry is better. Plot-wise is quite okay (reminded me a…
TBH, I don’t really care about the chemistry. A great chemistry between the cast is nothing to me if the storyline isn’t good. 😅
I keep seeing fans of this drama praising the chemistry between the leads here and comparing it with the chemistry in “My Romance From Far Away”. But I’ll only like it if the storyline is good, so that’s the reason I dropped a comment here after seeing some negative comments about the plot and the characters.
I’ll start watching this one soon, though! If it turns out not to my liking, I’ll just drop it. No biggie. 😂
I'm watching both of Puen's current airing dramas and I think Love and Deception is better. The story flows better…
Thanks for the reply! 😊
But I disagree with what you said about Tawan’s character though. I think without him, the story would be less interesting. And he’s the most useful in ep21 - the scene where the 2nd FL was being harrassed. I think the drama has amazing writing so far now that we’re on EP25, especially in character development.
And I don’t really care about the chemistry. A great chemistry between the cast is nothing to me if the storyline isn’t good. 😅
I’ll start watching this one soon. Thanks again! 😁
I'm watching both, and you can differentiate between Puen's characters in both dramas. This isn't anything like…
Thank you for the reply, bestie! Actually, I’m looking for more dramas of Puen’s, but I also want something light and fun but also with a brilliant writing like “My Romance From Far Away”, so I’m checking out this one. 😁
“Likit Haeng Jan” has been okay so far. Might start watching this one when I’m less busy. I think one kf the reasons I wanna start this one is because you like it, bestie. Y’know we share similar taste, right? 😆❤️
As much as I’m mad at Khun Khao like some other viewers, I could understand his situation though. Spoilers below…
As if being as different as the sky and the earth from Fah isn’t enough, Fah’s dad keeps insulting him.
And let’s not forget what happened to Fah’s brother and Khun’s sister. Khun must’ve thought about that too, so when he saw that Fah’s dad hasn’t changed even after his son’s death, maybe Khun took that decision because he doesn’t want the same thing to happen again.
I don’t think Khun abandoned Tawan. Instead, I personally think that from Khun’s perspectives, Tawan will get better and brighter future living in Bangkok in terms of education, money - basically the obvious materialistic values.
But what he can’t see is the better life values Tawan has been receiving while living with his family in a small village - the happiness, the kindness, the meaningful memories spent with the villagers - all these were overshadowed by what he saw during his stay in Bangkok, added with Fah’s dad’s insults.
I believe we have more character development coming. I really can’t wait to see how Fah’s dad will repent later.
I’m loving this drama more than I already was, especially in episode 24 - the most wholesome episode so far! 💓❤️
I cried a little from the scene where Uncle Taeng giving life advice to Khun up till Khun found the coffee blossom - that scene is so beautiful. 🥹
And I cried again at the barista competition scene.
And oh God, Fah’s father has disgusting personality. I hate him to the guts. Fah’s stepmother is even much better than him! 😤
Also, the OST is growing on me just like the storylines. I think they’ve been doing a great job in blending each song into certain scenes because they fit so well. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I think the writer is very brilliant. From EP1 to EP25, my rating remains 10/10! The character development aspect of this lakorn takes 80% of the scores. 😋
This drama definitely helps me relieve myself from stress at work. 🥲
Thoughts on eps 23 and 24...Now I understand why Khun was so annoying in ep 23 - so that the show can do a life…
Uncle Taeng is my most favourite character in this lakorn! He’s so helpful in both leads’ character development! No one ever dares to touch him or I’ll riot!! 😤😭
Is this really worth it? I’m watching “My Romance from Far Away” and it’s really worth my time, as it keeps getting better with each episode. Puen is such an eye candy! 😍
I started becoming his fan and started watching another good drama of his, “Likit Haeng Jan”. So I’m looking forward to watching more of his dramas and thought of including this one in my list.
But I heard some say this one gets worse with each episode so I’m wondering whether I should start watching this or not. 😅
But different from your POV, I’ve been disliking the brother since the start because IMO, he’s too “soft”, unlike ML’s character (rebel, strong).
I’ll try watching this one and see if I’ll like it or not. Thank you for the reply! 💕
