Totally! I’ve been there and I can’t count how many times I was disappointed that it happened to me.

But now that I’m more experienced as a Netflix subscriber, I’m more careful and know when to drop a show when I start to feel like it’s not gonna be good in the end.

I’m not gonna be hyping dramas that don’t deserve the hype. 😜

My advice before you start watching this drama:

You might find ep1-3 a bit slow (to me, it’s slow but not boring. To some other people, it’s boring), but don’t leave yet. Stay. It keeps getting better with each episode. The first 2-3 episodes are where the writer put important details that help with the storylines progress in later episodes. 😁

Netflix is great at promoting their shows, even shitty shows can get high ratings because of that.

Disney+ & KBS on the other hand… their marketing team needs to fix their sins. 😌

Omg I almost forgot about Top Star Yoo Baek! That drama is so underrated. :(

If you’re experienced in watching dramas, now you must already know that it’s unfair to give low ratings and bad reviews only after the drama just started, not giving enough time for plot & character development.

And you must already know that there are lots of Kdramas with a non-boring/good start, but they become boring and lose their charms later.

You must also know that it’s better to look beyond just negative reviews and bad ratings.

If you chose to focus on the negative, why not try reading the positive reviews too before making your own decision? There’s a lot more positive comments than the negative ones now, showing how this drama gets better every new episodes. 😊

If you decide to give CL a chance, I hope you’ll enjoy the journey. 😊

Lmao I think we share the same taste, bestie. I’ve rewatched IANAR 4 times, and I’m sure I’ll be rewatching it again in the future. 😂😭

Ahh A Business Proposal is totally not for me. 😂 It started good but I lost interest after a few episodes.

Other than Crazy Love, I think my top fav romcom Kdramas would be “Kill Me Heal Me” & “I’m Not A Robot”. These 3 dramas have high rewatch value.

One more enemies-to-lovers Kdrama rec: “Secret Love” (2013) but it’s heavy

My 1st advice before you start watching Thai dramas:
Watch them with an open mind. If you find some scenes uninteresting/unnecessary, just skip/fast-forward.

11. Hua Jai Sila - melo
12. Sapai Jao Sua - romcom
13. Game Sanaeha (I have like love-hate feelings for this drama. It’s full with ridiculous misunderstandings but the chemistry is just so good LOL) - melo

It’s really worth binge-watching & also rewatching.

Thai dramas are also rich with enemies-to-lovers tropes. But if you only wanna stick with Kdrama, I won’t share Thai drama recommendations. 😊

I hate amnesia tropes too, but the writer of this drama made the amnesia aspect something different and interesting.

Not only she didn’t admit to & apologise for what she did, but she chose to manipulate not just NGJ, but also his fiancée.

I’m kinda mad at Twitter folks right now. Look how much their negative comments have affected other people’s thoughts who are wondering whether to watch Crazy Love or not.

It’s totally absurd! Most of the negative comments came from the ones who don’t even understand the whole context of this drama, who don’t even watch it & who dropped it only after the 1st or 2nd episode (no offence).

Although there’s a lot more positive comments than the negative ones now, but the impacts of those negative comments still linger till now.

Twitter users be hyping overrated shows but choosing to shit on shows they don’t even know much. I mean, what’s new?

There’s one from Disney+ Indonesia. They said “16 + 1 special episode”

But as I scroll through other comments, some mentioned that we already got a special episode before the premiere of ep 1, which basically an introduction to CL characters
