i'm so excited for this drama heh! so far, they've made a few changes from the novel, but not deviating too much. love the casting too. im sat :>

I actually understand why her character does not want to let him in. she dislikes her mom and threatening her to give money for her grandma makes her seem like a bad/unkind person in her head. mind you, this is a character who undermines themselves and thinks they have to earn good things/are underserving. what makes you think she'll come clean to a guy when she wants to handle everything on her own and has hurt him before? that would be inconsistent with her character. she is trying tho :')

pretty bad. some people dont deserve to be a parent eh

if they pull a time switch in the last few eps, i WILL throw hands. i need my characters to have a happy ending in the modern day!! is that too much to ask for???

i love this drama so much alreadyy. I hope the pacing and plot line does not stray sdksjdks. The characters and the actors who embody them are lovely. I can feel their emotions and the miniscule expressions changes are brilliant. the eye acting too!! Can't wait for new eps to drop and how the story turns out. can't wait to see them in looOoOve heh :>

i rlly love love this show. there needs to be a redemption arc for both of them. im so glad they're communicating asw + the divorce thing didn't get dragged out to more eps. I hate Haein's family sm and i litr cant stand the Eung Sung. Waiting for all the schemes to be exposed.
++ i think Soo CHeol's wife be falling for him and there might come a certain point where she has to choose between the two sides '_'

jin yi soo's story is too tragic, like let my guy have his happy moments too :(. the father-son duo could've gotten on better terms as Yi Soo discovered the truth...

yunxi is the saving grace of this drama. the fl is good too. but the plot '-'. like what is wrong with some of the women they show in the modern c-dramas ??? like give it a break ????? its so annoying/frustrating to watch. [on ep 20 rn]

okay so let me get this straight, you are saying that bec other nations have decided to portray foreign characters and as such differently than they actually are [for ex. bollywood + hollywood] so it shouldn't be an issue with the ARAB PRINCE in a K-series. Criticizing the actors? Yes that is incorrect, and I don't agree w it. I haven't done it myself and I don't condone it either. However, u trying to justify the act in question is a problem within itself. That's what JTBC did as well. Instead of ACKNOWLEDGING the problem, they chose to play it off by calling it fictional and that it meant no 'disrespect'. That is not how you respond to valid criticism concerning masses with the same religious sentiment. You are showing a representative figure- a prince of the Arab nation and introducing the character in a way that is not appropriate, is disrespectful, vulgar, goes against what the nations stand for. To top it off, you are generalizing the entire Muslim population. Think again if your 'many muslims' is actually 'many'. Research maybe and see how muslims actually are before u decide to run your mouth. 'blowing it out of proportion'? Do tell me what the people are supposed to do than retaliating with the means they have?? Keep turning a blind eye and see if the situation is reversed if it becomes a lesser issue. In fact, on occasions where racism WAS implied in a drama, there was talk abt it alongside boycott. This drama has gained recognition from many people across the globe and the way JTBC/yall are talking abt it, trying to trivialize it, THAT is problematic behavior. the double-standard is insane.
