it weird to me how everyone just forget about that part of the episode. I decided to drop the show for 2 specific issue because I was not about to sit and watch these harmful behaviors being shown as joke instead of having a really adult conversation about it.

I have a bone to pick with this drama. My first issue is the portrayal of Africa once again as a country. I mean as African people we are tired of western media and now Asian media portraying us as helpless starving people who need water. I have lived in Africa(Congo) my whole life and watched as the continent that I grew up in got misrepresented by shows and commercials for click. That fucking speech the ml gave at the press conference was so fucking gross like"Hoh No look how poor Africans are they can't even afford shoes and clean water"As a black person I am tired of the western and Asian media representing us like can we please get a break from your racism, ignorance and fucking prejudice. I have so much more to say but I will move on.

unto my next point, something I don't think address a lot while discussing this show and why I can never ship the main character together. The ml sexually harassed the fl because he wasn't happy with the article she wrote. Like what he did is called flashing which is illegal and a sexual crime. Running after an employee and screaming at them while they are trying to work count as verbal and physical Harassment not to mention verbal abuse and abuse of power as he is in a superior position to her. She cant retaliate at the fear of losing her job just marinate on that fact for a second and if staff like that were happing to you in real life you wouldn't see it as cute or banter but you would see it as abuse because it is. In just 2 episodes the writer has managed to completely misrepresent an entire continent and portray workplace abuse and sexual harassment as "cute banter between the leads. Okay i am done for now.

Girl, same. I see so many good reviews and ratings about the show. The first few episodes were cute but at ep 8 everything just started to either piss me off or make me stop watching the show. The way the female lead would act like a teenager like a girl you are 30 years old.

Now I see why the previous episode was kinda underwhelming because this episode was the episode. it was like watching a debate and homegirl was winning it. she killed all of his arguments and she was the moment. Him bringing up her mom's death was the lowest blow in human history and I tell you I was disgusted by him. I wanted to puke because they are men like him in real life that end manipulating their wives into staying in a marriage with them and it was scary how he used his daughter to make his point.

1. The amount of people defending Boo Hye Ryung's behavior is disgusting like homegirl is abusive and I am tired of people acting like her behavior is okay. She needs help and intervention because I just hate how people are willing to overlook all of this because she was cheated on.
2. The lawyer and his parents are disgusting. How can cuddle with your son Mistress and act like she is better than your daughter-in-law? his dad has been cheating on her emotionally for years hell since their marriage.
3. All the mistress are terrible people regardless of their gender or age. If you are willing to cheat on someone knowing they have a family then you are just disgusting as a human. and that doesn't excuse their husband's behavior. but I don't excuse violence against them. Like why are people cheering for BHR when she tried to stab a pregnant woman. for real I have seen comments saying that she should have killed like wtf is wrong with yall.
4. I have zero empathy for SPY. I am sorry I know it sounds mean but she treated her mom like dirt. she couldn't even check on her mom or sympathize with her mother's feelings. but I do feel bad for her to some extent losing a parent and getting cheating on doesn't sound pleasing at all.
5. The husbands can go straight to the bottom of the earth like those men do not deserve anything in life, not even their kids. They are terrible people and horrible parents. The professor is disgusting like the way he pulling his daughter on the stairs I was scarred as for her. The doctor is even worse because of the way he acts. his behavior is psychotic.
6. LSE deserves the world. her and children; hand down my favorite character. hoping for the writer to give a ha[[y ending. I kind of ship with the PD but that is just my opinion.
7. final thought. The show is very interesting. I heard a lot of people;e say that it glamorized cheating which is half true. and also goes into the world of cheating and how emotionally exotic it can be for the person getting cheated on. But the writer can't decide on what idea they want to portray. It seems like the writer is showing favor toward the cheaters unless they start punishing the cheaters I will believe that they are glorying cheating. anyway can't wait for tomorrow's epsidoe.

honestly what exactly was she gonna do. kill a baby or the mom because of her husband's infidelity. I understand a side chick is a terrible person but like I think homegirls need therapy and anger management.

idk if yall watched ep 8 even the mom told her that if she keeps using physical violence it will become an habitat. her saying that acknowledged that BHR has been using physical violence and we both saw it in this episode. But the writer is writing it off as her having a temper or she is mad. she should mad because that man is an ass but she has been abusive toward him and not letting someone get a divorce when they ask for one is also a form of abuse. he clearly doesn't love her anymore and hate being in her presence but he cant leave cuz she is not letting him. that would push him more isolate and stay in relationship where he is being verbally and physically abuse. and us the viewer have to see as form of poetic justice because he cheated. cheating is bad but in my opinion ABUSE is worse. i don't like saying this phrase but what if the role were reversed. would we still support those behavior.

I don't understand what you being a man has to do with her behavior or anything at all in my statement I am stating what I clearly thought was wrong. and PHYSICAL ABUSE AND VERBAL ABUSE IS NO matter what the person did to you.

As I stated before in my comments. I am not defending the husband's actions but rather condemning her actions as an individual. I am blaming her for clearly being mad about his cheating but we can not excuse her behaviors. There multiple ways to address your significant other cheating with getting violent toward them.
