A really nice drama, but the last episode didn't feel like a last ep at all.

I really enjoyed this one, the plot is really light with not so many complications. Fortunately FL is young but not childishlike, I loved how mature, smart and independent she is. The main couple is cute and I loved the relationship between Hua sisters.

Jesus.... every single word you wrote reflect exactly what I think about this drama.

I've been watching asian dramas for a couple of years so the tropes aren't exactly new to me. Cliches don't bother me unless they are poorly used, and in my opinion it's not the case in this drama.

It's so funny how for most of people this drama went downhill while for me it just become more interesting.

I liked most part of this drama but the lasts episodes were frustrating and disappointing. I feel the story was unfinished and the ending was unfair to some characters, and I really wish the big secret was revealed sooner so the scripters could develop the relationship btw the FL and her family in a proper way.

The illogical ending ruined all the show.

Indeed, I'm watching this drama right now and and I'm enjoying a lot but Koda is too perfect for my taste. It's unrealistic and kind of annoying how he's always right about every single thing and always express his thoughts in a snobbish way.

Thank you, I was having a hard time wondering if I should give this show a chance or not because BGJ really annoyed me in Eternal Love and I don't like Dilraba's acting but the plot seems nice . I thought that maybe she has improved her acting skills but reading your comment I don't think so.

In my opinion there was no cheating because for me there was no flirting at all. Both were attracted to each other but both agreed that an illicit relationship was wrong so they stopped every time they realised they were getting too intimate, even emotionally, in some occasions.
" No, he constantly sought ways to be in her presence (even outside of work when it was not necessary) in an effort to encourage his feelings toward her. He didn't fight the temptation." thats way I said that ALL THE LEADS in this drama have their flaws, but in my opinion he really tried to fight the temptation, both of them, that's why they decided to stop seeing each before they did something that both would regret.

For me NHJ wasn't a victim because:
1- She asked for divorce when her husband tried to reconcile and then she got mad when, months later, she found out he moved on, then she married to a man she didn't love just to get revenge over something that didn't happen at all, like ????
2- She got mad because her husband "sold" himself to another woman but she thought it was okay to commit suicide to get money. I understand she was desperate but getting mad at him for his decision when she tried to do something way worser was hypocritical. She was also directly responsible for her marriage's ruin, not just CSH and YSY, but she didn't see that.

I still stand by my opinion that YSY didn't try to steal NHJ's husband, even because she also thought that cheating was wrong, her only mistake was the proposal in the beginning even because she was kind of an anti-hero, but later she apologized for that. Apart from this I don't see her as a homewrecker. There were a lot of factor the led NHJ and CSH to get a divorce, YSY was only one of them.

I don't understand all the hate on this drama. I really liked the plot, was mature and realistic. I think people are very used to leads who are too perfect and flawless, and to fanciful romances. Reading the comments below I saw so many misconceptions about the plot and I wonder if people really paid attention to the story.
1- There was no cheating, guys: CSH didn't kiss, slept with YSY or did anything else with her while he was married. He fell in love with her before his divorce but this is not cheating.
2- YSY didn't try to steal NHJ's husband: she liked him but she didn't do anything to separate them.
3- NHJ is not a victim;
4- ALL THE LEADS have their flaws just like any normal human being;
5- Life is not perfect, not everything goes the way we want or planned. Also people cannot control their feelings;
6- KMW is trash.

The only wuxia I finished but also one of the worst dramas I've ever watched. I hated both leads and prefered the sad ending to the happy ending.

I think this treatment towards HR is a drama thing. I've been watching asian dramas for a couple of years and I've seen so many FLs being picked on for stupid reasons or no reasons at all, while a lot MLs just receive criticism when they do a extremely bad thing.

At this point I really don't understand all the hate HR has been getting. She may be loud but she's not that annoying like people say. She is way smarter and mature than most FLs and up to ep 13 (the last one I've watched) she matured even more. Some people say she is childish but most of the characters in this drama act like kids at some points, even QSC but no one say a thing. People have all the right to dislike her but their lame excuses to do so is the real annoying thing here, just admit you don't like her and that's it.

She has all the reasons to be annoyed by him (I would b even more angry if I were in her place), cause apart from everything he'd already done he forces himself on her a lot. He's not that bad but he's doing everything wrong trying to make her love him. Both of them are not perfect of course, but most of people (girls) are overlooking his many flaws just because the actor is handsome.

It's kinda depressing seeing so many people hating on FL because of the way she treats ML, like he kidnapped and beat her, forced the marriage and follows her wherever she goes like a possessive maniac, but hey,.. he's handsome and cute, how dare she not to like this sexy pirate????
