The drama is still ongoing so I guess I'll wait for this to be finished before I start watching it. I tend to watch dramas that are already complete and I wait for those shows that are still ongoing before starting to watch it since I normally binge watch dramas on my rest days.. 😅

Oh yeah. I saw that here on mydramalist. I checked the casts, I know some of them and yeah they're not big stars or something but I've watched their other dramas. So yeah I'll give this a try. I believe this drama is available on YouTube since it's from MGTV channel/production. 😊

I guess because the story is mostly circling around emergency medicine that's why NS is not much added to the story as it's far as on another level. Like look at the other doctor theme dramas if it's NS it's mostly NS as it'sfar related to emergency. Maybe, just maybe, on season 3 they might or might not add it up as what's on the drama is that they are planning to develop the hospital into a trauma center..
Yeah, if you'll look into my profile I have the same concern as yours, I haven't finish some of the dramas I'm watching because I started too many series at once and I don't know which one is first. But I'll try to help out with yours.
I suggest for you to start finishing Eternal Love of Dream since it's a long episode and please please, do not skip 1 episode, or 1 second of each episode since the story balances the real story from the novel and second if you skip 1 episode you might not be able to fully understand the whole story. Since this is the first suggestion I advised to you, make sure that when you start watching this, binge watch it and do not stop at one episode then watch a different series then go back. Because believe me that's how we are stuck with our Currently-Watching List since we have too many series that we need to finish. Do not watch short clips on YT about the series you're currently watching, 'cause if you do that, you might think that once you watched the clips you already know the whole story from the series but really not because the clips are just the big impacted (they think) scenes that will surely entice viewers to watch it; but no. You need to watch the whole episode on each series you watch even though it's draggy, boring, because every little matter of the story might give you the idea on what's the real story of the series is. ^_^
This are just my suggestions and advises since that's what I'd doing to finish my long list of Currently-Watching. BTW, based on your article, after you finish ELoD, follow it by DoTS then Pinocchio and lastly the Forest (Since I haven't watched the series yet that's why I can't suggest it to be a prio.)
