I was a bit dissatisfied with the ending, as there was no explanation for how hwal was reborn, but I made up my own explanation for it, and tried to satisfy myself.
As we can see, that the half of the soul was dead before hwal met sang-un, i.e., the other twin was already dead. So, By some drama magic, i.e., by some illogical or logical sense, Hwal and Sang-un shared the soul between them and reborn as humans.
**One such thought is that Hwal might have obtained the other half of the soul from Ok-eul tae.
But still there is no logic in here, I think the writers gave up trying to give an explanation and just wanted to satisfy the fans. I would have been more satisfied if they both became bulsagal and went away into hiding.
Disaster.Ocn dont know how to make a crime series.Tvn and Jtbc know it well
I don't know much about this but this is the first time I have seen anyone say that 'Ocn dont know how to make a crime series.'. Until now, I only heard that OCN is best known for its thrillers... I personally like Save me, Voice, Tunnel,Life on Mars, Train.. and also heard a lot about God's Quiz, Missing Noir M, Watcher
They could have made it simpler by just making the chief Oh B belonging to the same world... but what they did added depth to the character and story... showed her change in nature to keep her son alive...
You may want to put a spoiler warning on your comment. But the Seo Kyeong that he met at the end in "World C"…
There might be an infinite number of worlds as there can be different choices taken at different points of the time...
Seeing that even SK can move through the worlds, the train might actually be a phenomenon that is to be taken for granted and Ms. Oh might have only taken the advantage of it....
She was silently dumping the bodies into the other worlds and there was no actual threat to her son.No one knew anything of the serial missing of people and the DW B would lose his job at the drug test in the beginning and would not have the opportunity to continue his investigation to prove the innocence of his father .. meanwhile SK B would still be thinking DW's dad as the culprit... everything changed when DW A took the drug test and was tested positive for it and brought the serial missing into the picture...
Though involving the other worlds is not necessary, making Ms.Oh B from a different world adds depth into her character which in turn adds depth into the story... Showing that she actually was good at first as she had arrested her son in the beginning and was devastated by his death which pushed her further into darkness.

The train may be from world C... as the train from world B moves into world A and then returns to World B similarly This train may come from world C and then return to world C...and the train in world B's scrapping was partly influenced based on the articles that were made to be published by Ms.OH...They show us that in EP11 where Ms.Oh calls a publisher and makes him publish an article about Mukyeong station and Deterioration of trains... as it is DW who is the chief in World C the train may not be scrapped yet...
