I watched it in 2020 but still I like recommending it to people. So here I am again telling people to give it a shot. It was a good drama. It is dark so it might not be for everyone but if you like thriller, suspense, crime solving. This one is for you.

I Dnfed it. I usually enjoy law and investigation kdramas,{ I am not the biggest fan of romance} but this one, I could not finish for now. Maybe I will try later.

I think he started moving on but discovering this new village and knowing that your daughter has been there for a long time and she was that close to you must have destroyed him. So the sadness and regret came back.
I am not a parent so I don't have any idea about the emotional attachment parents have with their kids, but From S1 you can see he dedicated his whole life to finding her, my dude started living in the forest for her. So for some degree, I can understand his pain.

I just hope they don't kill him off, I want him to grief and move on surrounded by his new family.

See how cute was wook calling himself her uncle and promising to find all her friends.

I watched it when it was airing too. Till this day, I still haven't watched the last episode. I remember being super busy that day, so I decided to watch it at night. I was fortunate I read the comments before I started the episode. Best decision I ever made.

I usually enjoy sad endings but this one I wanted it to be happy so bad because the poor boy has always suffered.

If you want to cry, I recommend looking for Japanese series. It doesn't have to be a bl. I feel that Japan excel in this type of series. This is why they are not as popular as kdramas and Thai bls.

I will look forward to watching this one when I am depressed which is always.

Oh yes, there was no awkward kissing. They felt more like a real relationship. Sometimes the most juicy BL have the most awkward kiss scene.
But this serie delivered. I hope other bl directors take some notes and start choosing actors who are comfortable to kiss. I actually never skipped the kisses scenes in this drama unlike some other series that I watched.

I didn't think I would enjoy it. I was ignoring it, I only watched it because I saw a tiktok of paul and nice. However , I was surprised , it was not cringy and they also adressed the saseang culture.

All the couples got screentime. Even the hetero couple was cute. And the acting was actually and not awkward so that's a plus.
I recommend it.

Don't worry, there is no romance. It is a mystery. It's very good. It is also heartwarming. You can watch it now since season 2 just started

I actually was afraid to start it since a lot of people have been saying negative things about it. Thank god I trusted myself and started it.
It was great. Representation was excellent. It was totally different than any other BL. when I watch other bls , it feels like they were made to please the audience however this one , it was made to tell a story of 4 best friends and their struggles with their sexuality, body image, self-esteem. It felt less fetishized.

One critism I have seen a lot is the stalker situation. I personally didn't feel that it was a stalking situation because he only ever take pics and collect things in public and the school, he never crossed the line and followed him in private. It felt more like the relationship between idols and their fans,because we all know that we will never be able to date our favorite kpop idols but still we do have crushes on them , people collect their photos etc...
We can see that Toh never expected that a relationship will ever be developed between him and nuea, he got jealous , he felt sad when he saw nuea with the girl but still he moved on quickly because he thinks that they can't ever be together.
I also wasn't that uncomfortable with the situation because nuae was aware of Toh following him on campus , he liked it.

I explained it that way just for other people to give it a try and don't drop it for this reason, because it gets better especially around the 5th episode. I genuinely believe the relationships in this Bl were all healthy. Bad bunny take the lead for me but this one too was super healthy, there were no miscommunication tropes, things get resolved quickly with a great message.

I enjoyed daisy and touch relationship too, It would have been better if there were more scenes but apparently even in the book they didn't get that much scenes so that was good. But still a great trans represantation.

sky and khao were super healthy too. I actually loved sky so much, he dealt with khao's insecuraties so well. They were super cute and innocent.

and lastly my favorite character was their best friend som, I wished I had a best friend like her, she defended them all the time , she was there when they were sad, she gave great advices adn she was so pretty.

If you want a great fiendship dynamic without toxicity, This Bl is for you, there were some cringy moments but they were so funny. Prepare yourself for the second hand embarrassement for Toh.

You get to see 2 different friends group dynamic but both are supportive and healthy.

I highly recommend.
P.S: you get to see a 3 or 4 cameo from saint which is said to be the producer I think.

I wasn't surprised to be honest. He was eying his sister since the beginning, he was so jealous on the basketball field when she cheered for soohon, my boy knocked soohon out. It was the least surprising twist for me.

So it ended how it started.
it started with jaebum being pushed by osung and it ended by osung being pushed from the rooftop.

I mean I perfectly understand why it ended like this. Of course the kids aren't going to snitch because the police haven't helped them since the beginning. Teens are hard to control especially if they are united, that's why it appears that the police just gave up.

To be honest , If I was in this complex situation, I too wouldn't believe my brother, especially since a girl in the first episodes told her that her brother was a bully. I will always be doubtful especially since we didn't grow up together.
Hopefully they can show her strong side in the last 2 episodes. I do also want badass chanmi who beat up osung's stepsister to make a new appearnce.

Ok so those are my thoughts, I just like to write notes while watching. So excuse the mess here.

If Osung has nothing to do with the murders , why the fuck is he hell bent on hiding those pictures ? even going as far as wanting seohoon dead? What if he was the one who is gay and he is killing everyone who knows? What part does sejin play in this whole situation?


His mother's death was what saved him. Just imagine how he would have felt if he was caught without giving his mother a funeral.

Osung is really scary , even if he is not the murderer now. I am sure he will do something in the future.

So according to osung , beom and seok being in a relationship is a fact. Why did beom decide to commit suicide? I still think the both were manipulated somehow by osung.
I believe Jealousy is the motive for seok's murder.

Now why the hell is there a twin twist plot? where did it come from? I don't believe this whole twin thingy.
Does he really have personality disorder? first the keys being misplaced and now the whole mess in his room.

That message left by chanmi was so sad, They depended on each others a lot. The only person who still cares about your well being just gave up and went away.

The motherfucker was the one with the red laces. I really hope sooheon doesn't get caught , why did he beat up that dipshit? what if it was a bait.

So her brother was with her the day beom was pushed. So now we can assume osung killed seok because according to sejin, he witnessed someone with red laces running away from the scene.
and he might also be the one who pushed beom because no one can know all those details unless they were in the crime scene.
But that is so obvious. Revealing his identity this early and we still have 2 episodes, that doesn't seem right.

Was osung that stupid that he left evidence in the scene and why would he target that boy? was it because that boy witnessed something and osung was trying to get rid of him.

I really hope we get all our questions answered next week.

As you said he is manipulative. Sometimes we just fall from the stupidest thing. We as audience know he is lying but someone in this situation can be easily manipulated.

yeah for sure unless the coma was a lie. cause I remember them saying he was in a 6 month coma. He also was back to school the same time as chanmi.

I think the culprit might be a grown up. I still remember in an episode when beom went back to his house, his keys were moved. There was no one in his house at that moment except his mom. I remember him saying that he never leaves his keys where he found them , which means someone inside the house moved them.
I also think beom has regained some parts of his memories, for example remembering ajung from middle school.
The scene in the park with osung was weird , you can tell that something triggered beom especially when osung mentioned him jumping from a building. He yelled and said , how come you are talking as if you know it is what actually happened.

Sejin is suspicious. He told chanmi as if it is a fact that jihoon killed her brother while he forgot to mention that he is friends with all the boys osung and beom as it is shown in the pictures.
Don't you guys think there is something strange about him, I get that seok protected him from bullies , but him trying to kill jihoon for seok is just too much.

Also who is ajung's boyfriend , why did they choose to show him now. I don't think his appearance is for nothing.

I don't believe osung is the culprit anymore , it feels like he was being set up with this whole murder case. It is also strange how they all were classmates with the murder victim.
ajung, beom and osung have all attended the same middle school with him.

So for one , I think there is 2 killers , the one who killed seok and the one who killed the middle school killer.( maybe as a revenge for the girl). I do think seok's death is related to beom's suicide.

I have seen some people that think beom is sus. I believe he is not seok's killer since he was in coma. They mentioned that he was out for 6 months . He cameback the same day chanmi transfered. We all know that chanmi transfered to seoul as soon as she knew her brother was killed.
Unless , The coma was a lie. He might have personality disorder and he was kept in his family hospital hidden.

There is just too much questions and I hope we can get some answers.

when I heard there was 3 seasons , I knew that s2 won't have a happy ending and the show from the beginning did'nt really promote any romantic relationships , The show is about revenge , that is why I did'nt ship them together and also the relationship is quite weird , she is the mom of the girl who was adopted to be your sister in order for you to survive , it is not normal to be honest

I don't think so since when I looked up her husband's pictures , he was not the same actor , unless he did plastic surgery and wanted to get his revenge without people knowing it is him

They still have not answered why jenny's dad went to prison because when mari threatened joodantae when his daughter was bullying jenny , she told him i will expose that my husband took the fall for you , so it is pretty sure it will be a plot in S3 , and the guy on the plane what was his deal , why did he refer to mr.beak aka joo dantae as his old friend with a very angry expression , he must have done something to him and he is back to seek revenge.
Guys why would you fall for the love story between logan and shim , from the beginning the writers made it clear that this drama isn't centered around romance, so I don't think they ever had the intention to build a relatinship between the two , it is just a plot for the next revenge and seeking justice to begin.
What I think we should expect for S3:
-the return of jenny's dad and his relationship with joodantae and maybe they will answer why he went to jail for him.
-The story of the guy on plane , I am sure he is there for revenge , his expression and tone made it clear.
-what is the difference between Joo dantae and Mr.baek , yes I know they are the same person but why did he change his name.
-They showed how all character camebck to life except hayoonchul, so S3 might answer that too.
-Maybe we will get also the story of that maid and why she became obssessed with eunbyeol.
-Where is Joo hye in ? in S1 joo dantae thought she was dead but she didn't make any appearance in S2. will they show her in S3? Let's just hope , they answer all our questions .
But I must say , I hate when dramas has seasons but this is the first one that I am actually looking forward to watch in june.
