yep true that but coming from ming lan or the most recent rebel princess after seeing the ml having just one wife cuz they love em no matter if poeple want them to have concubine they never make their wives sorry on that part and i like that cuz i know in that time it was normal to have a lot of concubine and i feel sorry for the women of that time having to share the husband i would neverrrrr ever even if i lived in those times better be a nun that fight with other wives for a man and truth be told historical dramas like ming land and rebel princess with those type of ml should be cherished just for the fact that they want a monogamous relationship different from the times cuz in historical dramas harem its the topic u cnt shake off for better or for worse
