I think that the fact that the producers or writer decided to jump 3 years is probably to leave room for more. If they decide to explore in a second season they can do so by exploring what happened in those 3 years that would affect their soon to be relationship. Just my opinion, maybe I'm dreaming lol

For people complaining over Tine and how he is different from the novel (?) let me tell you all. I am really tired of these stereotypes towards bottoms and tops. It ain't true that bottoms are "soft" and they have to be submissive, Tine is a perfect character, I love how they are focus on his development and not on something else. If you are not from our community, you should stop "speaking the truth" cause we know how we want to be represented in a series and I honestly love the way both characters are being developed. Stop with this. Some other BL are full of stereotypes that are really toxic and paint us as monsters. So please stop it.
I just see people talking about the "lack of chemistry" and so on... While I see them all hype up over another BL that really lacks and the storyline is mess up. 2gether is honestly one of the best and more beautiful bls I've seen in awhile.
