Tbh more than the haircut, it was more because I never enjoyed the ML's dramas before. So because of that, I got bored pretty quickly. But I will watch a few more episodes before deciding on that. When I fly towards you made me realise not every drama can be judged with first two episodes. In lighter and the Princess, I started it casually but the acting of the leads, that made me watch them without thinking about anything else. Their gazes was doing all the talking and that was 🔥🔥 I love when actors are good at their work and could express themselves with their gazes so well that you can feel all the emotions.

Yeah. I also feel the music is not good enough to make people feel the emotions like hidden love. I listen to its all osts until now. I have seen the ml of forever love in other dramas and was never a great fan of him for some reason and his haircut in the drama indeed made me wonder if I am gonna like this drama or not tbh. 😅🫢 But now I will definitely pick up that drama because there must be a reason why it was so popular.

So true. I also felt the same when it was airing and the first two episodes didn't make any impression on me. Since I was so into Hidden Love, I couldn't get into another Cdrama at that time. Recently I started you are my desire because it was based on the manhua that planned to read later and loved the ML there. While waiting for episodes, I decided to give another try to when I fly towards you and after 5th episode, I literally crying out of happiness that I decided to watch it after it completed. Because it would have been literally a torture to watch this gem ongoing. Can't imagine the hardships of the people waiting for its update when it was releasing

Here is my feel good Chinese drama that are hard to move on from -

5. Meeting yourself. (highly underrated).
6. A love so beautiful. If you like high school drama.

I have heard alot about it and watched the first episode but couldn't pass through it. However, after seeing how my assumption was wrong about this drama and I absolutely loved it, I will give that drama another try and at least watch 5 episodes before making any opinion about it. Because for this drama, I watched first two episodes and dropped it and finally picked it again because of the ml in you are my desire. Now this drama has become my favourite one more than you are my desire. Now I get the hype why people were.missing su zaizai and rang rang sm. 😭😭

Exactly. It was so rare in Chinese dramas where the female lead might not be at top but always excels at particular subject or she's good in and also career oriented. I liked how she took interview for other colleges as well and said that we don't need to bee in the same college and let's grow together. That was so practical and touching for me. That was the rarest aspect in female leads in dramas where they're in so much in love.

I also feel that the Chinese version is always fun, more than the Korean ones. S5 was also so good. I have watched so many Chinese dating shows and they're always good. At least most of them. If Chinese shows focuses on relationship, friendship and bond, Korean ones are more interested in drama. Only 19/20 and transit love series was my fav which didn't have much evil editing and actually good.

Is there any news when it will be released? I am waiting for it desperately and it shows no date. At least drop the details of release. 😭 moreover, they better release it on viki or Netflix because mango subs are so bad that they're hard to understand.

Considering how things going on, looks like it will be the first time that I will be dropping a dating show, especially a popular one like heart signal by the end but I couldn't complete the episode 14. It was so frustrating for me. I was similarly frustrated in somebody 2 but the second part of the show was so dramatic and I loved it how everything turned out. But HS4 was such a disappointment till the end. 🫢

The ads are the scripted part but I doubt the usual interactions are. Because most of the times, dating shows set things themselves, leaving the cast to interact own their own. But yes, this one is pretty interesting and has the tension which make you look forward for the next episode. I am watching ongoing and it's so frustrating to wait every week yet exciting.

Argh!! I love this drama sm. I feel so stupid how I ignored this drama back then thinking that the fl will be the always stupid and clingy kinds. But more than clingy she was more persistent and yet knew her worth. I liked how they didn't show her stupid but with someone who is good at other things at which the ml might not be. It makes them imperfect who are growing together. For the first time, ml is not the genius but his brother, lol. It was such a pleasant difference which make me feel with the characters even more and I am loving these two and the whole gang. LOVE THIS DRAMA.

I think I am kinda done with this season now. I couldn't even complete the episode 14 as it was getting boring and frustrating to watch. We're close to ending and no one has clear heart signals and messed up. Even the 3rd season has some sincere couples, but this one is full of cowards and confusing people. Tbh I am not sure who infuriates me the most, Mingyu, Jinyoung or Yisoo. Mingyu is confused as hell and always leave people hanging and confused as well. Most of the confusion is because of him. When Jinyoung was running behind him, waiting for him, he was experimenting his chances with Yisoo and everyone. He was one of those people who were interested in Jinyoung btw. After she started to like him, he was behind Jimin, which he was from starting and then Yisoo.
Jinyoung, she denied Gyurae in starting and liked Mingyu for half of the show and was pretty clear about her choices. She went on date with others and yes she was nice to everyone, but she gave them indication about her honest feelings as well. Although, I can understand that she went on Gyurae on date on their trip because she was stuck in a complicated situation. Mingyu was the one who asked the question of date in front of everyone and then stayed silent the whole while. If you wanted to ask, you could have done that seperately. But you gave hope to Jinyoung and made curious about everything and then choose Yisoo. About Jinyoung, I only hope she could choose her decision well because I am worried that one date with Mingyu and she will run to him again. However, her actions might give Gyurae wrong idea again and will hurt him more. However, from what I am seeing, he also want to try his last chances without thinking of final selection.
About Yisoo, I like how bold and confident she is but I don't like how she mixes lies sometimes in front of everyone and makes it seem like she and Mingyu are already like a couple and stuff. But I feel bad because Mingyu seems to have feelings for Jinyoung but he is big time confused and say some heartful words to Yisoo which frustrates me most. Tbh this kind of guy can become so annoying to deal with in the relationship. They don't say their feelings directly and keep thinking own on their own and build their imaginations.
In short, this season is trash. Except Jumi and Hushin, everything about this show is bland and boring.

I'll be honest here. When I started the drama when it was ongoing, after watching first two episodes I thought that it's yet another drama with stupid yet cute fl in love with the ML and would go downhill by time. Because many such dramas work for me if the fl is too stupid and has no self esteem and also many times some actress not able to pull off the cute character well and only look weird and stupid. However, while I was waiting for You are my desire drama to release more episodes on viki, I decided to give another try to When I fly towards you because of the ML. I started it casually because I had nothing else to watch and I realise it got better from the 3rd episode and actually started to like it sm. Seeing how I am already at episode 8, I can say that I am so glad I started it again after it's completion. Now I can binge watch it and yes, it's getting the right amount of hype and popularity. The drama is too good and will make you reminisce of your school days and the feeling of first love. It's even better because it's written by the same writer as Hidden Love and I loved the former one so much that I still listen to its osts on repeat. Looks like I am gonna add this dramas osts to my playlist as well. This drama is definitely recommended if you're wondering if you should start or not.

That's the case with most of with dating shows but specially with SI. It might not be completely scripted since they arrange everything but the conversations were led by the contestants. However, the format of paradise is kinda ridiculous to me, especially how they cannot reveal their work and education. It flips the whole situation in dating scenes. The second season was still better in terms of connections and friendship bonds. But it would be better if the cast would be well choosen this time.

This show could have been the best season of all if contestants would have been more open to date all and approach everyone sincerely. From starting, they had their eyes on someone and constantly followed that person, despite the other person showing no interest in them. No one is ready to make efforts, even if one does, it comes to nothing. We're almost at the end but we still don't know who will end up with whom. I am so done with this season now.

I am watching Chinese one. It's so much fun and better than this. Chinese dating shows has better panelists and added fun elements whereas Korean dating shows mostly follow the same format without much changes. That kinda makes show boring in my opinion.

True. I was looking for this season the most as it was the most awaited comeback of the heart signal season. However, it was worst of all. The whole show was revolving around 2 people, jinyoung and Mingyu and everyone seems like a side character. The show is still better because of Hushin and Jumi but the overall show is worst and I have lost all interest in it. I couldn't complete watching the latest episode because I was getting bored. Idk If I am interested in watching dragged on dates for too long with not much conclusion. Even Jimin which I didn't like initially started to become more interesting and likeable. Btw try watching Hear Signal 6 Chinese version. It's much more fun than this one and is still ongoing.
