I also have high hopes from their date. Won bin has a deep thought process despite his age. It will be great if he could help Haeun to sort out her complicated thoughts about the relationship. She also looked surprised when she found out that Jisoo supports the new relationship of her ex and her expressions were obvious, how shocked she looked because she never thought that way. About Gyumin, at this point he seems to be running from her. Nayeon at least didn't ignored her ex but he is completely ignoring her. At least talked to her dude and tell her that it's not going to work out. Running away like this will only make difficult for both of them.
I am not expecting anything for Heedo and Nayeon. It's their relationship and if they can resolve their issues, I'll be supporting them and if not, then I'll look forward to their new relationships as well.
In Hyesun' case, at least she left the house because Gyumin is doing the same as Jungkwon. I really feel bad for Haeun. I want her to find someone so that she could open upto them and move on from Gyumin.

Yeah. They don't understand what they must be going through inside the house. Imagine facing your ex everyday and act as a stranger. It's worse when you're not even over him and wanted to win them back badly, in case of Haeun. Heedo is similar too but I believe their lack of proper communication and different values makes it harder for them to patch up. But for the ending, I have high hopes from them to be together because they doesn't seem to be over with each other. In case of Haeun, I really want Gyumin to talk with her. For some reason,I feel that he is avoiding talking to her and it's making things worse for her. It's wrong for her to lie but I am glad the girls take it in a positive way. Because if they saw her crying so vulnerably, their hearts will ache too. I just hope someone can talk some sense into her and she realizes that sometimes it's better to let some people go. You cannot hold onto them. Even if you get them back, you can never make them feel the same way as you do and it will only become harder. Just like Jonghwan's girlfriend got over her relationship in the last season and same with boyeon, I want Haeun to do the same as well .

What I feel sad about Gyumin and Haeun's relationship is, one has moved on from this relationship, meanwhile, one is still holding onto those memories. It was a long relationship so it must not be easy to overcome. Seeing how Haeun waited for Gyumin when he went to military, I can see that she has strong feelings towards him and puts effort in it as well. However, looks like things didn't go well in the long term and their communication seems to be messed up as well.
It was wrong of her to lie while talking to others but I don't dislike her for it. It only showed me how badly affected she is by this breakup. By this show, I only want her to find the closure. More than meeting someone new, I hope she can realise that it's over for him and it's better to move than then clinging onto this broken relationship. It will be hard but she needed to learn this hard way to find her closure. I wish she and Gyumin can have an honest conversation, just like Bo Yeon and Homin.
People are commenting how annoying it it to see her crying everytime but think about it. It must be hard for her to control her emotions too. Moreover, how will you feel if people make fun of your vulnerable state?

I think by then he will be returning. The director also said that they will be keeping 80-90% of the cast. I am sure they're aware that with Jun Ho, it will be difficult to attain similar ratings for the season 2. The second season might come late but I am sure it will satisfy all of us.

Some people didn't like the ending or the drama got boring by the end of it. But to me, it was one of the best dramas and more than dramatic, I will say it was a healing drama. I like how the writer didn't portrayed all the characters as black and white. Not everyone is completely wrong or right. At times, WYW can be selfish too, in case of ATM case, at times the jerk KMW can also change his perspective as well. Many considers his change as unrealistic, but since the start, he wasn't a jerk towards WYW. Rather than taking her as different in case of her Syndrome, he was taking her as a genius who can do anything and will get away with it, whereas it won't be same in his case. That's what making him think himself at a disadvantage, in his Pov.
When JH used to listen to WYW's whale stories during lunch time, CSY once asked if he still listening to her whale stories. Should she go and stop him? It was when she was in love with him. It was KWM who stopped her and said it's not like he dislikes it. Let her be. When I rewatched this scene, I suddenly realized that he wasn't a jerk since the start, just not too interested in WYW.
His change by the end also makes sense because he not only find out that she is in relationship with JH but also CSY likes him as well, who is close her WYW.
All n all, I liked the story, it's flow and the character development. I loved the fact that the ending was exactly similar to the way it was started. The subway scene, whales, her struggle with the rotating door and finally overcoming it.
Moreover, she got a positive closure with her mother as well. I still don't like Tae Su Mi but at least she didn't disappointed her son. I believe in the second season, we will get more back story about her too. I am actually curious too.
In the end, this drama got the success that it deserves. Hope we will get to see our whale couple in the second season, wedding as their ending scene would be perfect though. Since she has already wore the wedding gown in the first season. WHALE COUPLE-FIGHTING.

Right? I hate to agree but they looked good together. I think both of them had a great impression of each other. I realised Dong Hyeong looked at her strangely when she said that she says directly whatever is in her mind. This is what he wants in a relationship because jiyo doesn't say what's in her mind. Similarly, Huihyeon saw the things in him that she was looking for in jonghyun. He is fun when he needs to be and gets serious when he needed to be. Moreover, both of them had a great time with each other and the flow of the conversation was also good. Way better when he was with hye hyeon. Why I have a feeling if his relationship with Jiyo doesn't resolve, he might choose Huihyeon.
On the other hand, I start to like the tom and jerry relationship between Yeseul and Hyogi. Lol. They look so cute together as long as they don't fight seriously.
For the last two episodes, I am strangely liking Hye hyeon. She has become calmer and mature should I say? Instead, Taewan looks kind of immature and childish these days. Whatever he says and acts, I don't like him anymore for some reason. But I can say they will breakup for sure. There is no hope in their relationship.

IDK what to say about the pairing of Hae Jin and Hwang Chul. Not sure if I am saying their names correctly. They had only one date and it appeared more like they were stuck on their ideal partner list more than enjoying their company together. The chemistry between Hae Jin and the guy with specs was much more evident and she looked comfortable together with him. Meanwhile, she looked quieter and more uncomfortable with Hwang Chul.
I was shocked when he moved to HJ so fast. He invested his everything in Sora first but after the revelation, he was chasing HJ which is not a bad thing. However, the way it happened, it looked as if rather than wanting to have a relationship with her, he simply wants to go together with someone out of this house. Same with HJ. That's what this girl gave me feels. Kind of business couple like. I might sound rude with my wordings but I am not sure about them. The season 2 was much better in terms of couples and their choices. At least their choices made sense and not just for the show's sake.
About our main couple, I am so happy for them. I just hope they can find their happiness and they look good together. I was worried about them at first but now I am happy for them. Hope we get to see similar progress in the relationship of HJ and HC as well.

That's true. However, my take was only on the track going in the drama. I don't take dramas seriously and connect it much with the real world and keep the two things separate. That's why I never get much angered by the characters as long as they're not portraying the main leads doing something wrong as commendable. Not like I encourage KMW kind of people, but just want his character to have some development in the drama. Because even in real life, people do change. So I believe his character also has a scope to change.

Well, not a smack in literal sense but a hit of realization where he could see that whatever he did could have did a lot of harm to WYW. My opinion on the flow of the story might be different from you but I am actually liking it the way it's going. Not everyone has to feel the same way.

Actually even in real life, people like him do change. He is not a bad one since the start. If you look at the previous episodes, where Jun ho was listening to WYW story and SY said that she is starting again. He was the one who said that let her be, he doesn't dislike it. At that point, he wasn't interested in WYW. However, seeing WYW winning cases one by one and excelling at her job, he realised that she is amazing but also a great threat to the job position that he needed badly. ( HIS POV)
He felt wronged when he found out about WYW father and the CEO's friendship. This gave him an excuse to blame WYW.
The patrol in fire was when he find out about her being Tae sumi's daughter. He didn't understand how life must be difficult for WYW but was jealous about her connections. From his Pov, everything seemed to be unfair towards him and favorable to WYW.
Not excusing his actions but in my opinion his character is not fully dislikeable. His relationship with SY can become a good influence on him and change his mind about WYW. I think he believes that the disability of WYW is her strength and not her weakness. Whereas he fails to understand how hard things are her and it's not always about the benefits that she gets as a disabled attorney. I believe he will get to understand this in the future episodes and we will get to see his character development as well.

The break-up was well needed. Even though it's a drama, it's still showing the real world and people with feelings. The complex feelings that WYW experienced while talking to her father made me feel so bad for her. She likes Jun ho and knows that he is perfect for her but it also made her feel that she is not perfect for him. The feeling of not being the equal part in the relationship hurts alot. I think it was a well needed arc for their character developments and the climax of the story.
People are also hating about the ship between KMW and SY. I agree he is detestable but I don't think he is completely bad and cannot redeem his mistakes.
He doesn't hate WYW, it's just his race to excel at work and grab the permanent position and WYW's genius talent threatened him and made him do all the stuff. He deserves a smack for that but after seeing the latest episodes, I doesn't hate him as much? Idk. I am up for this couple because I can see his development in the future episodes and how SY will be a good influence on him.
I just hope WYW can overcome the upcoming difficulties and find her happiness.

True. Nayeon looks like a bright girl who gets along with people easily. I felt when Haeun said that she really like Nayeon as her friend but their situation is not something that can make them open to each other completely.
Idk for some reason I really want Haeun to either move on from Gyumin or want him to make it clear to her that he has no interest in her anymore so that she could move on. She seems to be affected by it so badly. I cannot say anything since he doesn't show much of his emotions but I think he haven't gotten over it yet as well.
About Heedo, I feel he won't be able to make couple here with anyone other than Nayeon. They can be another Minyoung and Juwhi.

It hurts to much to see Hae eun crying like that. Even Gyu min also looked conflicted to see her gift. I really wish Hae eun could be happy and find someone in the house, be it the ex or someone new. The chemistry between gyu min and nayeon look great but the poor girl is stuck between so many people now. I looking forward to Hae eun's date with won bin. He also deserves someone to love him as well. He is the sweetest in the house.

Me too. But after reading about the controversy in the comments below I realized that they have used an emoticon to blur the girl and edited her scenes alot. That's why we don't see shiqi much. It's ending but I have to say that crying episode was one of the funniest and honest episode of this scene. Everyone looked so chill and relax in this episode. I am so glad that zhihao and the cute girl I forgot her name are on good terms now and have cleared their issues. All thanks to Zhipeng. Lol.

I loved the chemistry between Hee du and Haeun. Especially when they were riding the skates, they looked super cool and close. But looks like they're so into their exes that their journey gonna be quite complicated. Somehow they reminded me of Ju hwi and Hyeon of last season. They looked cute together but they were more stuck with their pasts so they could not be the end game. But I am glad we have an athelete here. It brings different charm in similar kinds of professions and people. I really wish Haeun could be happy and get to see her happy ending here.
