Jaywalk is known to just give shitty dramas to their talents as long as they get paid. They are not allowed to refuse. Better roles are given to those with higher traffic, typically those from hit BL dramas then those with connection. Even if he selects a script, he may film scenes but may get edited out to give more acreentime to introduce their own talents like in Be Together or in Legend of Hua Buqi. They wasted him in stormeye in my opinion.
