Many dramas have open ending and quite many of them don’t continue to make new seasons after it as well. I’m just saying based on the webtoon which is what this drama is based off of, this is basically the ending of the webtoon as well which left everyone that has read the webtoon in WTF moments from how they “ended” it. If it does continue, it means they are writing their own storyline which is hard to succeed with. Read the webtoon if you want to understand what I’m saying.

Ngl, seeing Hu Min and Suho come together at the end in one scene made me tear up more than Si Eun and Suho because it's almost like father and son reuniting in a different universe/timeline, and the father isn't deaf either. Twinkling watermelon still lives in my head rent-free to this day 🥹🥹

I don’t think another season is coming out. I haven’t read the webtoon in awhile but I believe this is where it all ends as well unless they want to advance with their own storyline. Baekjin dies in weak hero because he was struck from a truck. the ending of the webtoon wasn’t very pleasing to many readers
