I 've watched quite a few episodes, then I got bored with all the side characters and side stories and skipped…
When... I guess it was a few chapters before the General's cousin went to visit them, specifically there first time was in chapter 15, by the time they went to handle the flood relief there already got along pretty well, and it's also when they discovered the Ye Zhao's difficulty of getting pregnant and start a treatment to reverse it, witch is also the reason why she gets pregnant with such a bad timing.
