honestly, i read the webtoon & while like both the actors, I can only imagine Boah as Hari but i cant really see Hyoseop as Taemu. I'm more excited to see who'll play Secretary Cha (who's my fav character anyway). The story itself is super funny and cute, but I feel like I lost interest halfway through

Right! People are so obsessed with a ship, but objectively Dosan is the most interesting character. Jipyeong & Dalmi’s backstories are sooooooo cliché and overused. They both are characters the author is trying so hard to be complex that they’re just cringe; more grief does not equal more interesting characters lol. There’s no emotional depth that drives them; it’s constantly about debt and letters. I feel I can relate much more with Dosan who was full of potential but constantly taught to aim small and feels like a disappointment. A character like that is so much more realistic and relatable than an orphan that meets a random old lady that takes care of him and who he helps to write fake letters to deceive her granddaughter and 15 years later he’s still obsessed with repaying the debt lol.

romance aside, nam dosan is the most interesting character and i stand by that. jipyeong and dalmi's backgrounds are so fake deep and far fetched i honestly did not feel an ounce of sadness during their flashbacks, they just made me confused. None of the adults actions make any sense, there's so much plot holes; it's such lazy writing. nam dosan's background is much more grounded and relatable. and i feel for him way more which makes me root for him way more

It’s giving me Misaeng vibes, and I’ll watch anything half as good as that show tbh. Plus, Hwang Jungmin is phenomenal so I’m definitely intrigued!

i love jung so min and i love the concept of bringing to light mental health problems and normalizing its treatments and seeking help, so I think i will check this out. The romance aspect has me hesitating tho, because of both the huge age gap but mostly due to the implied romance between a doctor and his patient which feels weird to me. But, if they focus more on the healing aspect, I think I'll enjoy it!
