The strong impact and the potray of white terror era truly get to me. From the music, the haunting mystery that surrounding fang and her misery, misfortune makes me think that she deserve a lifetime happiness. The storyline, music, art, symbolic and the message so beautifully done. Sure this movie might nowhere near the level of the game but its good enough for me ? I agree with u, I watched the korea version first bc of the overhyped without knowing there is J version. After finish watching HYD and also reading the manga, I totally in love with Jdrama version and how good they resemble original chara in the manga and I love how Mao Inoue act as makino incredibly on point!! also the chemistry is awesome! And now I can tell and compare just how painfully bad and wrong with K version. Yup and the so disapointed with how fl depicted that way with that boring and plain acting of GHS. She was only good at acting sad and weak. Good looking actors in Kdrama ver totally covering up just how sh*tty this whole drama actually is. The point is this drama not worth ur time at all so go watch J version ^^
By this point, I think the comedy gag is way to repetitive and the same goes for the manga. They always use the same ridiculous formula for the gag so it's not entertaining anymore. For example Tatsu seems like going to do something suspicious and other characters will notice and confront him but what happen is the opposite, contrary to what they might think. Episode 2 is the only one I like.
