Product placement is not done so heavily in Nadao. I've seen quite a few dramas from nadao and they never overdo it. It's been more than 1 year since I saw hormones and all of its seasons so I can't say much since I don't remember if there was any product placement but it wasn't bothersome since I don't remember it's existence. So most likely, that won't be the case here :)
