for a thai drama, i hardly see families that are so harmonious with each other. This was so nice to see here and the villians was kind of medicore which i appreciate. FL has such a bad life because of her mom.. her acting really gives heartache. The ML is really a walking green flag although I felt he was a bit slow. I really ship Petch & Fah!! they look so darn cute together!!! pls get petch and mint in a nice rom-com.. would love to see them again. Now im interested to watch the stories of the other cousins ~
not fantastic but watchable. The front part of the drama was a little messy on the criminal part but towards the end it got better. like they finally found direction. ..the chemistry between the leads was not bad.
Soooo goodddd!!!! I haven watched such a good non-messy historical drama in a while!! Highly recommended to watch it. However, as it is 34 eps long.. Do expect a bit of draggy eps... For me it was not a problem as I could ff. Love the ending too!!
Side note - OMG.. I couldn't recognise the guy who acted as the ji yong 👀 I saw him in please classmate but he looks super different here..
Love the casts! Love the acting especially the last 4 eps... The emotions was overflowing.. Jus a little low run on romance part (although it was gg well in the first portion of the drama but it somehow died towards the end.) more of a mature story and relationships. Gives me vibe of one spring day kind of drama. Not everyone can comprehend the depth of such dramas. Jus missing a little 1% which left me a little unsatisfied. But other than that all was good.
i had low expectations of the drama but was pleasantly surprise at how good the acting was. Im even more surprised that suho's acting has improved so much! I love the ending even thou it was slightly ridiculous. They probably could have just kept it at 16 eps as it got a little draggy towards the end. I didnt realised that this drama have multiple leads...thus probably why our young couple didnt have much screentime...becuz it was too focuz on the older couples. But it was still a good watch.
its a heal together drama ~ but the cringe acting is the flaw of this drama....i cannot understand the sudden change in temperament of the FL (she was supposed to be aloof/cold/chic/monotone) but the moment the ML opened up her mundane life, she got a 360 degree change in character...which i think it really wasnt very suitable for the kind of "opening" character introduction, it was too quick. The chemistry between the ML & FL was really on and off...(maybe its just me not used to seeing this pairing) the one good thing was....PSH finally can KISS ! no more dead fish kisses. xDDD but it was heart warming to watch...the mother, brother, uncle and the friends was nice. i wondered what happen to ML's parents thou...seems like there wasnt any closure..he probably jus decided to ignore his parents forever.
the acting was great honestly and yes, they bawl a little too much but i think its a melodrama after all....the atmosphere is supposed to be like this. it is a slow paced-melodrama style romance. I agree that the episodes were kinda long. But no big deal for me as i could just fast forward the pacing.

this is more of a family centric drama...dont expect too much romance. Some parts were pretty intense about mother and daughter relationships, but too much focuz was on the mother...the mother was pretty ridiculous at some parts but was quickly redeemed at the last eps. It was good that she learnt to respect her kids...but i felt like yangzi and xukai was becoming the supporting leads instead. i like the no-breakups thou..one of the better parts was granny!
typical rom-com...it was bland...super bland. felt like that story wasnt completed. would have been better if they dive deeper into the gaming part even if the romance was lacking for drama of such genre. felt it kinda wasted the actors and actress. But probably due to censorship...wonder if censoship was less strict will it be better? watchable but not fantastic.
