First of all thank you so much for taking the time to explain about Babi’s previous relationships. What you just replied to me broke my heart for webtoon Babi, I never knew he had to experience such thing 🥺 Babi do seems to try very hard to show his love to Yumi. In season 2, I am surprised they haven’t shown Yumi’s priority list at all, it was easier in season 1 to see how much she loves Woong because of the list. But now it is hard to see that from Yumi, not sure because of the absence of that list or because just because Yumi is still not yet ready to love as much as she did in season 1.

I do have a feeling they might combine both Soonrok and Babi, I think from this week onwards, we are going to see lots of conflicts and growth not only from Yumi but Babi too. Whatever they had to free themselves from, I am looking forward to their ‘liberty’ 🥺

They haven’t tell us who is Babi’s prime cell (dont want to know what the webtoon says).. I wonder if it is Love Cell too cause he really take love seriously and even in the poster, we can see his Love Cell being the biggest and placed in the middle of Yumi and Babi… also does anyone else also feels like he loves too much? Or is that normal way of matured 30+ guy being in love? It seems to me like he is giving more love than what he actually receive back.

Also, I can now see some of Babi’s imperfections:
- he prioritise his romantic relationship too much… going out of his way just for Yumi… he bought his car so he can go on dates with Yumi, he skip lunches with his friends for Yumi, he willingly wait for Yumi on Christmas Eve and lovingly welcome her despite knowing who she went to meet too.. he seems to be someone who forgot himself when he falls in love
- he is too kind to everyone… Yumi is gonna misunderstand. He also seems to want to be the bigger person.. like how he let Yumi meet Woong in the name of trust and freedom for Yumi to choose… without complaining even one bit
- he seems to not like conflict… he stops Yumi from saying the name Woong when she wanted to tell him who Patdol was.., I think this is gonna be a problem in a relationship… cause he only wants to hear things that he wants to hear…he is selfless but at the same time he is afraid to have conflicts with Yumi.

This might all just be a side effect of him being ghosted by his girlfriend before… he seems to have a wall around him which makes him seem mysterious..

I still dont understand how people find him sharing his mint to be suspicious after having soondae, cakes, coffee 🤔 like my dad would eat chewing gum or mint after having some meal unless he has his toothbrush with him… I think it seems suspicious because Yumi’s naughty cells were shown to be imagining something naughty…. But then that is Yumi, she was the one who had lust thoughts, so I dont get it when people blame Babi for sharing his mint candy that people commonly use to refresh themselves after eating greasy food

From where I am from, the only relationship people is encouraged to publicise is marriage, because marriage is taken very seriously only when two people are very serious and commit to each other. This is encouraged to protect fragile non-marriage relationships (of course marriage is still fragile and need efforts to work things out). on the earlier stage of relationships, you would want to know each first before others know who you are dating, you dont want people to interrupt your relationship because it is still fragile and best if you two can focus on building the blocks together without others’ disturbances and jealousy getting on your ways.. so maybe that is where yumbab is coming from.

Season 1 was a very good show. I’d recommend you to watch it if you have time, if not, then you will not feel lost watching season 2 right away actually.

True they spent too much time explaining Woong when they could have used it to explain Babi… babi’s cells doesnt get enough screentime as Woong’s and that is unfair… Babi need to be understood too

This whole episode 5 I just pity Babi. I even cried for him… so sad to see Yumi leaving Babi like that… she was willing to walk through the snow to meet Woong instead of enjoying the love and warmth with Babi on CHRISTMAS EVE…

Actually he is really kind to everyone, that is why in season 1 he had a conversation with his workmate like this “they think I like everyone in the company”… it is honestly hard for someone like Babi. He never cheated, even when her girlfriend has been ‘ghosting’ her for quiet some times, making excuses and not committing to their relationship, Babi still tried hard to love Jayoung until he got dumped.

Yeap, he isn’t a rich heir, but instead like Yumi, he came from a family which named their business with their names

it keeps getting better. The drama is so well-made. The cells are very very cute
