weak? I have not seen them weak so far.Evil keeps winning? so far evil has been loosing except in that future…
Are we watching the same show didn’t we see the fl besties husband get killed and the bad guy escaping because of the grandfather do i need to say more so Yh I I’d say they’re weak especially compared to other xia xia dramas I’ve watched
“I have to RANT because Love in Pavilion is genuinely pissing me off.”
First of all—this whole thing with Cuiyu and Yang Yan’s son?? I’m SICK. Why did they even make the leech demon have two completely separate personalities (Red Eyes and Blue Eyes)? Like okay, sure—split energy, dual nature, fine. But you’re telling me these two are treated like completely different people when they’re literally the SAME body and soul?? Like??? WHY???
Blue Eyes was the original. She loved him first. She was soft, kind, and had all that emotional depth. And then Red Eyes pulls up, starts being bold and aggressive, and suddenly that’s who he falls for? And then they pull the most tired drama move and have Red Eyes “sacrifice” herself by letting Blue Eyes take over again, and this man has the AUDACITY to mourn Red Eyes like Blue Eyes isn’t right in front of him?? SAME PERSON. SAME HEART. SAME TEARS. Like why are we pretending this is some great tragic love triangle when it’s literally one woman with two moods??
And don’t even get me started on how weak the “good” characters are in this show. WHY are they so weak?? Like I get it, villains need to be strong, but these people have lost like 10 times and then suddenly, last minute—boom! Random power boost just in time for the plot to move forward. Like??? If you had that in you the whole time, why weren’t you using it earlier?? Why are y’all so useless 99% of the time and then randomly clutch in the final seconds? It’s giving plot armor, not growth.
Also, can we talk about how DARK and depressing this show is?? Evil just keeps winning. There’s barely any balance. I’m literally watching characters I care about suffer and die for NOTHING. Like the female lead’s best friend? Her husband was being tortured while she was LITERALLY stabbing herself and crawling to reach him—and y’all mean to tell me the leads were off on a side quest like it wasn’t urgent?? No one ran. No one rushed. I’m screaming, “HOW FAR ARE Y’ALL FROM THE PRISON?! WHY ARE YOU STILL WALKING?!”
And this disgusting old man disciple who’s obsessed with the FL? I don’t care how powerful he is—why is he even here?? Why does he feel entitled to her? Every time he comes on screen I SKIP. I can’t stand him. Like leave her alone, crusty! Honestly, I’m not even watching this show for the male or female lead. I don’t know them. They’re not my faves. I added this to my list specifically for the side characters, and now I’m stuck watching all this nonsense, trying to survive the plot while my blood pressure rises.
I’d like to enjoy the main romance, but I can’t, because it’s all just… drama for the sake of drama. No build. No logic. No payoff. Just weak characters, creepy villains, and wasted potential.
Every time I see the Fl and Ml together I wanna stop watching he really accepted the financing for this girl? Kmt I’m glad he kicked her out this project but for someone who says you’re gonna leave her alone you really let her move before you 😒 like stop communicating if you ain’t gonna let her know why the breakup happened, I’m glad she left honestly I’m tired of seeing them together but I know there’s more that’s gonna happened because he accepted that financing I doubt the company is gonna go smoothly with that man running the financing thing sigh I’m honestly exhausted watching. Just let it finish please
So the FL is definitely annoying me because why is she acting like he’s obligated to take the financing like Ofcourse you don’t owe him anything as you’ve broken up but what does it say about her for a promoting on you would ruin a business man’s dream? I hate how she continuously goes behind the Ml back to get his shareholders to pressure him over the financing, Their relationship is honestly a conversation away but yk “plot” I honestly feel they deserve better than each other because he lied and now expect her to just forgive him because he’s doing good now, but she could have let her be his assistant abd stuff but whatever I just think she should leave him alone especially when she wants nothing to do with him, I will be pissed if I see him sign the financing for her. I’m more interested in the best friend’s relationship with the professor
Right now I'm so pissed. I cried everytime he cried and cried because i wanted to slap the bitch like how selfish can you be no one care how sun ho felt not even his so called best friend who said he would protect him. I'm so bitter about it, honestly the best ending would be sun ho and hyeyeong be best friends again and she just moves aways to heal her broken self.
