I really loved the way you put WangXian into words.... Its like watching LXC's video as best Wangxian shipper....

Giving personal opinion irrespective of positive or negative is never wrong but after disliking a drama and giving a negative opinion and ranking there's no need to come again and again to rub the opinion and rileup the viewers who liked it so much...

First of all they definitely can not lessen the liking of the people who already loved this to bones
Secondly there's only unnecessary arguments over something they don't like....

These types of behaviour attracts definite arguments and they can't deny that after coming here more than necessary...

There are both categories even though they don't like the show.. first just give their genuine opinion and leave peacefully and others just always stay here time and again just to give their negative feedback everytime ....

I only saw few of his clips and he is amazing....but after seeing him as protagonist it's not difficult for me to watch him as antagonist... So I am not trying his other shows

After The Untamed this is the best show I watched that touch me as much. Already watched 3 times in row ... But my most favourite episodes were up to 50 last 4 are amazing for first time watch but not as thrilling as rest of episodes for rewatch.

This is by far one of the best show for me after TU. And b4 other 10 on 10 shows in my favourite list are after these two as of now...

Hope there will be some other show with this intellectual political genre with same cast

Earlier I used to read synopsis but now I just ignored that coz I already know the story. But for new viewers it is bit difficult .

I mentioned it somewhere in here that anime is not par to my liking... I watched more than 100 animations and by far GMOD is definitely not my cup of tea... I will also prefer drama over any other adaptions at any given point of time...

Also after watching almost 20 episodes of anime I didn't get the emotions that drama gave me... There are so many missing elements in storytelling and also no more than 3 expressions... And I don't even want to talk about settings and fightings....it's way too misfit when I have to go with my anime experience... I prefer Disney and Pixar over anything...even more than my most fav marvels

It's changed many times... But I think Netflix synopsis is short and in spot...

I will only talk about point 3....According to my understanding WWX didn't go to lotus pier coz that implicates lz n WWX are living together as couple and it's violation of censor so they showed us that they went their own ways to meet somewhere in future...

Left for people's imagination.... And those who read novel will know where to go with their imagination....lol

You feel anime has better acting but I think all the pictures has only three expression over all.. laughing, crying and straight... Nothing more

My only question... If you don't like drama as much as anime it's definitely your choice... But why you need to advise others and want to rub your likeness on others who loved drama...

This is already nth post saying the same thing in this forum... Just leave us with our choice...

But there's something that you should think... If really pics can express more than humans then there wouldn't have human motion pictures and marvel, disney or DC wouldn't have made all their animations with human.

This is universal truth that no matter how gr8 the animation is there's absolutely no chance to capture every human emotion so effectively..

This is exactly what I thought.. specially last part of your post...I would anytime prefer drama over any other adaptions.

I am not being offensive but I watched best of animes so I would definitely prefer drama.

Also I watched anime after reading book so I feel there are too many missing things. With drama I don't know anything so there's no opinion and comparison so I feel continuity so it hooked me better

First of all... I came to know about MDSZ or grand master of diabolism only after watching TU. I am not native.and don't watch much of Chinese either only watched 10 or less b4 this and only TU made me interested in Chinese dramas.

And to be frank if I want to watch anime I prefer Hollywood or cartoons in TV.. coz I watched 100s of them so comparatively TU anime is not my cup of a tea...

So I prefer drama over anime. Only drama brought me to novel and others... Coz only after drama is finished I came here to MDL and searched about it and it's alternatives

It's my choice and I strictly follow that no one can convince me otherwise...

Some Chinese bromance converted BLs like advanced bravely, SCI
And some THAI BLs

But almost all are average around 7.5 to 8 none even close to 9 ....

I am looking forward for SVSSS ... I read the story not as good as TU but ok...

I am just talking about using different characters playing same role is easy in animation and novel than in drama. I saw anime and of course I too didn't find that much of difference may be I didn't remember much.

I highly doubt it can be as good as TU but HOB has more chapters than TU and hence making that novel into a 50+ episodes needs more solid and convincing screenplay.
In Chinese drama so many times after 45-50 episodes people tend to spoil the dramas. So only once it air can it be decided.

I watched Guardian my first bromance drama. I liked it but almost last 10 episodes are mess but the leads chemistry is on mark. its a 8/10 for me.

But with TU all elements from the poster, Actors, story, Music, Beginning, Middle and ending every thing is on mark and a full fledged 10/10.

After gaurdian in YT the next recommendation was TU and I loved the thumbnail of ZX/WYB as WWX/LZ and started it. I thought of dropping it after first 35 mins into the drama and I didn't even know that it was still airing and only very few episodes are available. Bu thought of completing first episode. And by the end of first episode I was completely in love with drama and it is my first on air drama.

Then watched many bromance dramas but none are as satisfying as TU. Recently I watched Nirvana in Fire and that is the one I loved almost as much as TU but only a tiny bit less.
NIF is the Intellectual political drama which is my fav genre and in a way made me feel like toned down Chinese version of Arya Chanukya(Indian political & economic intellectual and the real life character in almost 370+ BC )


So all this said I highly doubt there will be as gr8 Bromance drama as TU any time soon.
