Wht do I find it easier to forgive Yu than Tim? They did the same thing and both got caught and came from terrible…
I think it’s because the relationships are different. Yu & North’s relationship was very brief before they got married. The decision to get married represented North’s personality trait of acting impulsively and working out the details later. Yu wanted to find a rich partner and use the new partner for financial gain but his plan didn’t seem to involve faking a deep emotional connection.
Yu appears to be remorseful whilst Tim relies on humour to help mend the relationship.
Tim’s approach was more hurtful because it was one that he had used multiple times without acknowledging the pain he was causing. He seems to view the fact that he’s scamming a collection of women as a bit of a joke and nothing serious.
Tim’s deception feels worse than Yu’s because Tim has made himself an important part of Pai’s life. Pai is vulnerable because he is struggling to survive in a family dynamic where he is held to a higher standard than his cousin, his accomplishments are ignored and there doesn’t seem to be any love & affection.
I am enjoying this series but I agree that 12 episodes seems too many. Ten episodes would have been a better choice . I am not convinced that there is enough story left to tell to fill the remaining three episodes.
Tiw -"I'm here to take him back"The only thing you're taking back is your ass out that door!
This highlights the difference between Tiw & Duang.
Qin is not a possession that can be taken back without his agreement, he’s not a jacket accidentally left behind at a party. He’s a person with his own thoughts, feelings and opinions. Tiw doesn’t have the right to “take him back”. He doesn’t care about Qin he just wants to win.
I might get dragged for this but this is fr one of the best Dumundi series yet. Don't get me wrong, Khemjira was…
This series proves what can happen when the right actors are chosen for roles. Watching this series gives me a sense of joy that I haven’t felt for some time while watching a BL series.
I have a question-Just like JohanNorth's, I'm particularly interested in DaoArthit's storyline. As it contains…
There are three couples in Fourever You part 2 , each couple’s story is told over a block of 8 episodes.
The first 8 episodes are TonfahTyphoon.
The current episodes, starting with episode 9 are dedicated to Arthit & Dao and the final eight will be TigerNao ( North’s friends from the first season)
All three couple’s stories are interesting and worth watching.
I haven’t read any of the novels but I have watched all of the available Fourever You episodes, both part one & part two and like all the couples, their relationships and their stories.
I am really enjoying Dao & Arthit‘s story and together with Johan and North are my favourite Fourever You couple, I think it’s important to acknowledge that unlike the other couples, Arthit and Dao are slowly getting to know each other, not every relationship needs to start with instant & obvious attraction especially as they don’t appear to have shared history and don’t have the “ it’s always been you” element to their relationship that North, Easter & Typhoon have with their partners.
I am enjoying the ghost element of the plot including learning about ghost’s backstory. I think the ghosts and Emma ( the girl Dao speak to) are very important parts of the development of the main characters’ relationship and add depth to Dao and Arthit’s relationship and personalities.
Arthit‘s hope that his mother’s spirit is still with him shows the viewer the parts of his personality that Arthit appears to keep hidden from others behind humour and a carefree persona. Through Dao’s relationship with Emma we are slowly learning the reason why Dao seems to sad and a little lost.
The time between each episode feels so much longer than a week , I’m impatiently waiting for next week’s episode.
Damn that was a fine slowburn! I feel like the kids I’ve been watching grow up are now of age 🙈Btw, is KFC…
Seeing KFC product placement makes a change from seeing that “refreshing beverage” with the yellow and green label which always makes an appearance in almost every GMMTv BLs.
I’ve watched numerous BLs over the years and yet this series managed to trick me into believing it was acute, fluffy show with little or no plot, I almost didn’t watch it. I am glad I changed my mind because it this series is so much more than fluff and I adore this series.
The subtle changes in Qin’s behaviour that shows he’s falling for Duang. The way Qin looks at Duang whilst trying to hide his smile. Duang’s easy going sunshine personality combined with his loyalty and dedication to those people that he cares about. The change in Duang’s voice when he’s having serious conversations.
Dr Freeze is meant to be the good guy who will eventually be dumped because Toh’s heart belongs to Jimmy but the Dr has the vibe of someone who would break into a house to watch the person he has feelings for sleep.
I know this is likely to be an unpopular opinion but having watched a number JoongDunk series, I think they would be better suited friends who have a strong bond of friendship, the kind of friends who love one another but aren’t in love with one another.
I have noticed that their acting dynamics are weakest whenever they act together in romantic, NC scenes or scenes that require sexual tension. I get the impression from watching Dunk on screen that he is overthinking and possibly preparing for the next scene instead of focusing on the one he’s in and removing NC & kiss scenes from his character’s story may help his to focus.
Anyway, I know that many will disagree and that’s absolutely fine.

The final moments in the most recent episodes.
I cannot wait till next Saturday.

There’s a risk that Saensee may run away and never come back if Jimmy doesn’t stop making Saensee a part of his relationship drama.
