I dont see how your question is relevant since YJ wasnt drunk. If i remember correctly he didnt drink at all, only pretened while XS was looking. But since you asked, it is my opition that in a case like that, neither person should go to jail. Under the circumstances of the show one person was not drunk so the intent was to take advantage of the drunken persons lowered inhibition. When both participants are drunk there is no one purposefully taking advantage of the others drunkenness. Obviously that is based solely on my opinion.

I hardly think you have to be a SJW to think this was inappropriate. the writers trying to turn this ship around to being cute and romantic even though it stems from this messy, uncomfortable and disturbing plot point it just weird. you cant give consent when drunk so this enthusiastic consent is an illusion. I'm sorry but physical response to sexual stimulation is also not consent. and that kind of mind set is what makes a lot of SA victims feel particularly distressed, guilty, and upset .
just because people had the same complaints weeks ago doesn't mean they still are not valid feelings. I know that a lot of people dislike this season or just haven't watched at all for this exact reason.

look, at the end of the day this is just a show. this plot point doesn't sit right with me and many others. he was so drunk he couldn't even walk properly or talk properly and then by TV magic he is immediately completely sobered up enough to give consent (in your opinion) . in real life this context would be unacceptable and unrealistic but since the writers are in control of this world they can just conveniently do what ever to make the story progress.

it doesn't matter that XS didn't fight back, he was incapacitated and thus not capable of giving consent. the fact that XS came to terms with what happened and forgave FYJ doesn't change the fact that is was literal rape. he literally said that he got him dunk because he knew he wouldn't agree to it is he were sober!! does that even sound OK to you? " XS wanted what happened to happen, drunk or not"? that's insane. even if that was his true feeling he was not ready to give that and FYJ just took it anyway. Hypothetically if you were interested in someone and you hadn't done it yet, hesitant about it. that does NOT mean that the other person can just go ahead and do it while your black out drunk just because "it was gonna happen sooner or later" or that "they probably wanted to".

being step bros isn't even the main issue. the younger on SA the older on. that is not okay and is in no way a good foundation to start a relationship on! we are supposed to hate the senior at work for trying to hurt tengteng but when that kid did the exact same thing its supposed to be forgiven? and he filmed it and antagonised the dad with the footage. i don't care what the reasoning or end goal was, this couple is twisted. the writers are trying to convince us this is romantic when in reality its a horrific crime.

at this point i just skip any scenes that the brothers or their parents are in. it really bothers me that the little brother and that gross vice president did the exact same thing except one used drugs and the other used alcohol. but for some reason the little brother is quickly forgiven and that's the bases of the love story, but the VP is the villain?? they literally did the same thing???? and the VP wasn't even "successful" so the little brother is even worse in this case
