Binged 6 ep of this drama overnight and my eyes are sore lol, but I enjoyed it alot, after some shut eye I'm going to finish the last 2 episodes. I first watch Lee Hyun Ho in She Would Never Know, then loved him in Mine, but I fell inlove with him in Remarriage & Desires, his eyes were so engaged with his character.

First time I laid my eyes on you "She Would Never Know"
Then I thought you could be " Mine"
This summer I Fell in love with you, so lets "Remarriage & Desires"

@sleepyhead I agree with you 100%, your comment sums up Eiw's feelings for Cake.
Also when Ta asked Cake if him and Eiw are very close in ep3, he did not hesitate to say they are very close, not only his friend but also a brother and his other half which means Cake already knows the value of Eiw's friendship as the most important person in his life but at that age, Cake is exploring with Rin. which Eiw is not happy about because he feels that Rin is going to take his best friend away from him started to do the same, In flasback scene of young Eiw he asked Cake's sister if she is going to take Cake away from him so that is how he feel that Rin is taking his best friend away. He doesn't feel like that with the other guys, just Rin. We just have to wait it out, hopefully by ep 6, On that note I'm gone to rewatch ep3.

Eiw scene when he passed out is realistic, when you are already sick and only had a loaf and then run will sure to make you fall or even faint. I am anemic and use to struggle with it until I got older and stop taking things for granted and start eating the right food groups. Enjoy the series much!!

Same here! I still get sick if I walk in the rain and worst if i don't dry my hair right away,
Also loved the camp scene with Cake & Eiw. On the bus I liked how Cake was only talking about Eiw, while Eiw was feeding his friend lol.

@Courtzphoto Easy as that, I don't understand their reason to spread negativity, I will continue to support this beautiful content they made with alot of love. I am so invested in this story, I went back and rewatch from ep 1 :)

After watching ep3 I couldn't help noticed the Calender on the opening, and just realized they circle all the dates each episode was aired, so cute. Also the Cinematography on the 1st episode opening scene had no cuts until Eiw went into Cake's room, it's a 90's film style and very artistic.
Ep3 brought back memories and I understand Seeiw's character even more. The story is developing and there is no back story or trauma, just a beautiful slice of life from the 90s. For the viewers that want to have their own narratives, you can't re-write or direct what is already set in stone. If you don't like Eiw's character or any of the actors characters, you should move on or just wait for the series to end so you can see the episodes where they are more grown.
I love these early stages in dramas before it reaches fruitation. It took me back to my childhood days with my best friend(s). How we use to go to school together, hang out after school and go home together and sometime have sleep overs. So relatable!
I really don't understand the need for people to write something negative about this drama on the actors while you can't do half the job they do, appreciate the content this production went through months of pre production and post to bring us this beautiful story. If all you can do is complain and write bad things about the actors especially Eiw. Move on and stop spreading hate.

Oh-aew only loved Teh and his feelings never changed and that is why it
hurts so much and even then he still took him back.
I think I cried each time they both cried and my eyes started to hurt me,
Such good acting to touch the audience.
I would watch again and again after I rewatch ITSAY.

If it wasn't for one of the comments here I would have forgotten I needed to watch this Drama, I have binged up to 4 episodes overnight but was so worth it. These two lead actors have something special about them, they made me go through so many emotions. They understand how to execute a well written story, I will watch I Promised You The Moon after a good shut eye! Just Wow!!!!

When I started watching this drama a day ago, now caught up to ep 8, I knew what Ohm character (khim) would be like as it's in the synopsis. I have watched a couple of Ohm/Fluke dramas and usually their chemistry is felt, but this drama is not coming to that yet at ep 8.
I don't understand why Sun kept falling along with the apples all over the place. He has a heart problem and he never visit the doctor and only eat apples to regain his strength. I think it will get worst but I hope it won't be too late to get proper treatment.
I love Sun's Hair on the poster under the sleeping bag but it is a bad hair cut and style in the show. Khim & his Dad's dialogue are almost the same every time they talk, duty before freedom. Is this an order, be like your brother and how many time is the dad gonna mention about his death. You have 2 sons and only praise one which is sad.

Rain (Noh) keeps me watching!
After watching the first episode, I was suddenly drawn to the actor Noh that plays Rain, he has this persona that no matter who he is next to can easily fall for him. He can be shipped with anyone for a hot 3 minutes! He understands the art in acting.
His body language, voice projection and gestures are so captivating especially when he stop and stair infront of Phayu. I live for all their screen time!!!

This is a slow pace drama but a lovely filing to watch if you are waiting on another drama, I thought I would be bored of watching and I never skipped any scenes and never would have thought I would like this Drama so much with it's flaws. I would't have discovered Noh (Rain).

I loved him in EAW, I wish he was in more episodes, he will be a big star in next few years.

I watched up to ep 6 and it's enjoyable for me, waiting on ep7

@help You should try Viki totally recommend also iQiyi & Netflix have very good subs for other dramas.

It's best to try it on one of the free to watch dramas as our visions are different. I don't have a problem reading their subs.

Most people follow the dramas that are heavily promoted but I also like to explore and find dramas that suit my taste at the time I need to watch and Dine With Me did just that for me. I knew of the ML from The Kings Avatar but didn’t even realize he was the ML until I started watching. It’s getting a good review on VIKI where I watched it!

I started watching this drama last night and I instantly loved it, the ML plays cold & mean boss very well but still don't know if he can eat cat food. He is also very handsome from any angle. C-dramas are really doing well this year!

I am currently watching him in Dine With Love and he sure can pull off a cold boss but still so handsome doing it and not many can. The first drama I remember him in is The King's Avatar.
