I see the pros and cons that everyone is discussing about; I'm a teenager so it's nice that there are young actors/actresses playing roles in Wuxia; it's kind of refreshing. I do agree that they could have done a better job at acting; they needed more training and to be honest there are better young actors/actresses out there. If you are watching the show like I did and have no backstory/aren't too much into the Wuxia territory, in my opinion, it's pretty good. There are times where it seems as though the elders are useless and can't deal with the mess they have created which is why they push it onto the students, which does help for the character development in terms of power, but makes the story less realistic. Hopefully, Roy Wang and Nana Ouyang as well as the rest of the young cast will use this drama as a stepping stone and continue to improve on their acting; I do sort of look forward to their next dramas as they evolve into better actors/actresses.
