I'm glad you enjoyed the webtoon! It's definitely one of my favorites, and the drama did it justice.

Since the ending of the drama is actually different to the events of the webtoon, it would be kinda difficult to find where to pick up the story. I recommend starting from the beginning since there are some different characters, but you'll still see some similarities for the first few chapters. Then the story starts to split into a different sequence of events.
