Yeah I still can't understand how this drama is so famous, like people actually say this is their favorite drama... I mean, there are some scenes that were really good, but in every episode things are dragged on for too long. Seriously, some episodes are just so boring and so long for no reason, because they really don't add anything to the plot.

let's be honest, this drama has nothing special... but the ost????? what was the reason for the ost to be that good?????

I think it's because we just see 9.1, but that doesn't mean that there aren't other numbers after the 1, so it's probably #1 right now because the numbers after 9.1 are higher than the ones of the previous first place. For example, Move to Heaven's rating might be 9.134 while Hospital Playlist's could be 9.122. I hope I was clear, but again, it's what I think and I'm not sure if it's how it actually works.
